I am new to this area but at 6 PM this place was jumping. I am incredibly impressed by the 5 people who were working as diligently as possible to keep orders prepared and moving out in a timely fashion. I ordered a large sesame chicken with white rice and while I was famished and would have eaten just about anything at that point, it was very tasty, both juicy and crunchy. The sauce was thick and not overly sweet. The rice was cooked correctly, just sticky enough for my liking. Had I not been as hungry as I was, a large probably would have made 2 meals. As reasonably priced as any Chinese take out you're likely to get in eastern Ohio. I enjoyed my meal enough that I certainly intend to continue to patronize this establishment and try different dishes. My family has eaten at this restaurant for years and we have always been Main Moon loyal. After today I don’t know. After years of eating here I had my first bad experience today. I got. Large order of General Tso chicken. I don’t know if I spelled it right. With a side of what was supposed to be chicken fried rice. The chicken was okay still not the best. The rice was more like onion fried rice it was so much onion in there. No carrots no peas the chicken was Bland absolutely no flavor, the rice was bland as well. Usually when I get this order I have a few pieces of broccoli in there. I don’t know if the usual cook took the day off or what. 🤨 I will give them another chance this being my first negative experience in years but if it happens again can’t do it. Please do not support businesses like these. Super rude when I called. I looked up their menu, I knew was I was going to order and he still answer with an annoyed "OH my God, I don't understand you, I don't even know if it's one order or two" I apologized even though I know how to talk and I was ordering from the menu pic they have on their info and I tried to repeat and he was just impatient and rude. This is actually the second time this has happened. I tried to forget about the first one and gave them another chance and again it happened. Everybody in that place is miserable. Honestly when you own a business and deal with customers you need to be more polite. You chose this job so I don't understand the bad treatment to customers.
