Super Subby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I placed my order by phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to pick my order up. I went inside and was told that I could pick it up at the drive thru. I got back in my car and went to the drive thru. There where 3 cars ahead of me. I get to the speaker told them I was here to pick up my call in order. I was told to precede to the window . I asked so I have to wait in the drive thru line for a order I placed by phone. Subbys if I wanted to wait in line I would have never placed my order by phone. So here’s a strong suggestion for you. If a customer calls in a order please tell them that your lobby is close and they will have to go to the drive thru and potentially wait additional time. Needlessly to say I canceled my order and went to Subway. I will not be returning to Subbys...

This is one of my fav spots to eat I was working on a home down the road was getting hungry got there went straight to the restroom to use it and was up no sooner then I get in there the manager is beating on the door saying 5 minutes I'm thinking to myself like what is going on ...finishing using the restroom here some come again beating on the door saying something I got about my business wash my hands and proceeded to the counter and the manager was standing there on the phone I'm assuming calling the cops from what she said I'm like this chick has lost her damn mind I say do you always harass the customers like that she says the restrooms are for paying customers and I said well I was going to be a paying customer but you def changed my mind I went somewhere else down the street worst...

They are always pleasant at this location..found my sins ohibe and saved it untill we could come back to grab it. Subs may not be a hit to all but there wings and chunks wake me up on wens and sat reminding me 2 grab some-60 cent ea on wens and sat..and chunks r 3 and 6 dollars that day..and soo many sauces,not like the others out of the city..only 4-5 sauces. The young lady told me they invented and make tthere sauces were as the others I'm guessing just haven't gone thru the trouble..sweet heat is...
