Billy's — Restaurant in Oil City

We are from Ohio and are here for my husbands job. We’ve been looking for places to eat and I stumbled across this place. Hands down an absolute awesome aesthetic being in here! I’m a 90s kid and they played some of the most awesome tunes I couldn’t help but sing and bop along to them! Even my husband was and he’s a shy person! 😂 The place was super cool and had an awesome feel. The food was absolutely fantastic. Only thing I can say, was we waited a little bit for our food, we were told our waiter had a family emergency which I hope everything’s okay! But even when we got our food, the wings were hot and fresh! Everything we received was awesome. The costumer service was very welcoming and understanding, and we felt like we became friends. HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. I’d love to go back to buy a tshirt if I could!

Foods are always pretty good and with decent staff on deck. Now, the wing buffet is just alright. Just come in and grab the 10.25 for 10 wing deal so you get them fresher. Also, ask for more sauce they tend to skimp out on it.

I've only had a couple of burgers and fries there as well, so I can't tell you about the entire menu, but their big pretzel is honestly the best I've ever had.

I have been going to Billy's for nearly 20 years. You can tell that the owner cares about the bar and its patrons as he is usually on site during business hours, is constantly innovating and regularly changes things up to keep it fresh. One thing that HASN'T changed are the wings. They are good sized and tender on the inside with a distinctive Crispyness outside that I love also the sauces can't be beat. While I would suggest the BBQ and/or Buffalo for a more traditional flavor, or the the Spicy MOJO Cheddar and/or OC lickers for something a little different. I have to find a flavor I...
