I went today 8/22/20 about 1:15 pm. Quite a few cars in the drive thru lane and it didn't move for about 5 minutes or or more with 2 cars waiting for their order. When I finally made it to the window to pick up mine I sat there for a couple of minutes and was then asked go pull forward and my order would be brought out. Not surprising I thought, at least it'll be fresh . I parked and waited for about 10 minutes (about 14 minutes from placing the order and finally a sack was brought out and (the mgr maybe?) no apology for the wait...just "Here's your two beer batter fish". I asked about my fries and he acted surprised and went back inside. Another 5 minutes pass and here comes someone different with two sacks and said here. I checked and it was what I ordered...1 waffle and 1 curly......the waffle fries were stone cold. By then it had been 20 minutes or more and I just left.....$17.01 spent and that may be the last time. The fish sandwich was pretty good but not great, the waffle fries I couldn't tell...maybe if they had been hot. While I was waiting one vehicle that had been behind me pulled out and then came back into the lot and stopped by the front door on the other side of the building. Something wrong with his order?? Maybe the menu is getting too extensive to be handled properly, I don't know, but if I go back I go back I'll probably stick...
Read moreI decided to give Arby's another try after greater than 6 months due to the errors in my last order. I just cannot stand going thru the drive thru and getting home to find I'm missing a key item. Anyway, I was going home last night after finishing a 12 hour shift and decided I didn't want a burger, and would give Arby's another try. So I'm at the drivethru window and get my food and ask for 3 horsey sauce for my double roastbeef sandwich. Well, the girl at the window says "you can only have 2 with each sandwich". Really, I said, you put 4 Arby's sauce in my bag. I didn't even ask for those. She just smiled and closed the window. HOW RUDE. So when I get home (about a mile away) I pull the food out of the bag and the fries are old, greasy, and hard. They had to have been SEVERAL HOURS OLD, maybe because I asked for crinkle cut instead of curly fries...? They were truly disgusting and I had to throw them away. The sandwich was good, but I really like Horsey Sauce and was limited by the drive thru girl. Again, HOW RUDE. How can they have this much power over...
Read moreThis Arby's is much better than the one on North Santa Fe in Edmond. I ate at the Edmond location a week ago. Staff were rude, and crinkle fries were not at all fresh, even chewy. And the fries had several chunks of something burned and black in them--I presume burned fries.
This Arby's seems to be better. Staff still not at all friendly but the sandwiches were as expected, so no complaints. I did not order fries at this location due to the completely inedible and possibly contaminated fries I received at the Edmond location last week.
When I drive through and give someone money for a meal, I expect a minimum of a smile or hearing the words, "thank you." The employees at both locations seemed to have an attitude they were doing me a huge favor in passing out my food through the drive through window and taking my money.
Although I do love the Arby's roast beef sandwiches, there are drive through restaurants, Chick Fil-A and even most McDonald's, which make me feel welcome and...
