Bubba Play Indoor Playzone — Local services in Oklahoma City

Had reservations two months in advance- ordered at least 4 pizzas, 2 dozen hotdogs, 10 waters and 10 capri suns. We got 5 capri suns and 4 waters. That’s IT. No one knew or cared that we had ordered food. I will never book here again, totally pointless. We had family from out of town who came expecting food and we had nothing- not even an apology from the staff for completely f’ing up. We were not even given the time we paid for- they were 15 minutes late into cleaning the room, we had to set up, didn’t get our food and barely drinks, plus we were expected to leave out of the room, even though they did not give us the time we had PAID for. We should have gotten the 15 minutes they had taken out of the time we had originally. UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t waste your time, please take your business to Breakaway Indoor playground in Edmond! Parking is better, staff is better and actually present so your children don’t get hurt, and their equipment isn’t breaking.

Also it is policy you place orders upon arrival- no one asked us what we ordered and I presented it three times to four staff members. The staff doesn’t even follow policy. The manager, courtney, will argue with you and explain to you why it’s anyone fault but theirs! She will block you on Facebook so you can’t make a Facebook review, they will lie on all the reviews you make and they won’t get back with you when you ask to speak to someone higher up. They even came and found me while I was playing with my son to make sure we “didn’t leave without paying.” Unprofessional in many ways, but how could I possibly leave without paying if they’re supposed to be a check-in and check-out facility FOR THE SAFETY...

May 2024 update:

We went today on a random Friday off school- they had table clothes on the tables, and the employees were constantly cleaning. It smelled clean, it felt clean, it was awesome. Best I’ve seen it. I was thoroughly impressed. The employees were constantly busy cleaning if they weren’t helping families. I never saw anyone just standing around. Outstanding. We were there for 4 hours today!

Special shout out to Mr Don- he was so kind and helpful to the kids, and also kindly corrected kids when needed (walking UP the slides instead of going down, etc). Extremely friendly

Previous: We recently moved to the area, and I needed somewhere to take my kids when it was too hot to be outside, and I didn’t want to drive into the city. Bubba is AWESOME. My 4 and 7 year old both run around for HOURS, and have a blast. I like that there are multiple seating options for the parents (though having tables that don’t rock would be a huge plus), and that parents can play as well. The security checkpoint at the exit is amazing- you aren’t leaving with kids who don’t match your code!

The staff are always doing something- checking people in, cleaning, putting balls back. They are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean (HUGE perk to a kids Playzone), snacks are available and fairly priced.

This place is perfect for when I need a few hours to get some stuff done, or just want to read while my kids run out their crazies. We’ve been multiple times, and will continue to return as long as Bubba maintains the...

I have always loved this place, and always loved the staff and how clean everything always was, and l felt that it was very safe! A little over a month ago I went there and saw a kid fall from the play structure (about 4 or 3 feet) down Into a little enclosed area under the stairs. I saw staff over there after the kid fell I assumed they fixed everything but about 15 minutes later another little boy fell! I was pretty disappointed and felt that they didn't deal with it appropriately, they did close down the slide for the rest of the time I was there. Even though I was disappointed I brought my little girl back to see Paw Patrol because they are my absolute favorites! It was an absolute disaster!!! It was so overcrowded a little boy got lost. Big kids were running around everywhere, toppling over little kids, and being completely disrespectful. I didn't see any of them get in trouble, but I did see kids get in trouble for hanging and punching the punching bags. Why put something that's meant to be punched and hung on if that's not allowed? Especially in an area for kids🤷‍♂️ It did look like they were understaffed so I appreciate them trying their best, but don't host an even if you can't have enough staff to work.
