Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My wife has been a loyal customer of Baskin-Robbins for a long time. Unfortunately, her experience on Thursday was very disappointing and upsetting. She went to buy two milkshakes, but the employee who served her (a Latina girl, name listed on the receipt) was extremely rude and showed no respect or courtesy.

My wife greeted her politely, but the employee didn’t smile or acknowledge her properly. Later, when my wife said “thank you,” the employee just stared at her with an unfriendly attitude. No customer should be treated this way—especially when they are kind and respectful.

If an employee is working in customer service, they should know how to greet customers, smile, and show professionalism. We don’t want anything for free, but we do expect basic respect. My wife deserves an apology from this employee, and we hope management will address this issue seriously and make sure proper customer service training...

Pleasantly surprised to find they had flavors I was actually interested in. I haven't been to BR for over 2 decades so I imagine a lot has changed even though it looks pretty similar. I sampled several flavors I never seen before and ultimately chose the chocolate fuego. It was mostly just really dark chocolate but I could sense a bit of cinnamon/something else in there but not nearly enough to consider it a significant difference.

I guess I've come to expect otherwise so it was welcome surprise that the place was really well cleaned and not showing signs of wear and tear on everything. Also glad to see two people working, A sure sign that the management understands the benefit of not leaving a lone teenager tending the counter. I went to this location last night to pickup two 56 oz containers of icecream because Baskin -Robbins sent me a coupon good for two 56 oz containers of icecream for $12 . When i went to check out the girls working were having problems getting the register to take the coupon so they called the manager on the phone . The manager told them that the 1.75 quart containers that they sell are larger than 56 oz's so they don't qualify for the coupon and also they don't sell a 56 oz container so my coupon cannot be used there.I would appreciate someone from Baskin -Robbins explaining to this manager that 1.75 quarts and 56oz are exactly the same amount so that hopefully other customers like me won't have to deal with this kind of...
