Just Pho-getaboutit.

I love pho. I love small businesses. HOWEVER, as an overwhelmingly fair person, I thought I should write a review. I do not give 1 star unless it is well deserved. THIS IS HANDS-DOWN the WORST PHO PLACE I have ever been to, point blank period. I really gave them a fair shot.

My bf and I sat down around 7:30. A perfectly reasonable time to eat dinner. The service was obnoxiously slow, as there was only ONE poor little server. She was nice. However, she accidentally gave us someone else's crab rangoons. We thought the place was being nice because it took them upwards of an HOUR to get our food out. She tried to charge us for the rangoons, which my bf ate thinking it was just good service. He didn't object, but they eventually didn't charge us.

3)They microwaved the food. 15 dollar food. 4) the food was rancid. Something was off and it was not fresh pho or Bo bun hue. My bf and I made ourselves throw up when we got home because we were scared of food poisoning, as the pork sausage was not hot. You can literally hear the microwave running and beeping.

My noodles were not cooked and were breaking apart. There were only three tables. Absolutely no reason for such a bad experience.

Took 40 minutes to get food (waiting in the store because their phone wasn’t working. And they weren’t busy, 3 tables at most) Asked before I left to make sure food was correct (didn’t look, should have looked) Got home and found I was missing a side, called and said I’m coming back to get correct side Walked in gave me missing side Checked THIS time to make sure side was correct (fried spring rolls vs. soft) - it wasn’t Went back in and said wrong side, they went and made new ones ; throwing in a couple extra for the trouble Hour and a half later, finally eating my food

Basically, have been coming here years and have always had pretty good service, but last night experience was so poor that I don’t plan on ever coming back.

The young man was somewhat apologetic, but lying to my face about having the correct food in the bag and not getting clarification on the correct food, and really just getting things wrong so many times- I’m done!

Oh, and I could see into the kitchen during this time. There always a child’s doll laying on the prep table, along with cups of personal drinks (no lids) all over the...

The man and lady working on 10-2-21 at night were EXTREMELY RUDE!! I order PHO Togo. I paid for my order and even tipped the guy 20%. Once my Togo order was ready I asked for a side of sriracha Togo. He wanted to charge me for it. I said I don’t understand why because if I eat my PHO here you have sriracha on the table at no charge. He said well if you order Togo we charge you for the sriracha. MAKES NO SENSE! The guy began talking in Vietnamese to another lady and walked to the back! Came back with sriracha Togo and asked me to pay for it again. I told him to take it out of his tip and I left! The man had a cocky look on his face the entire time! Probably why not one other person was eating inside on a Saturday night!
