I just waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot for food. The gentleman that was running the order went out to one car, went back into the building. We waited. I ended up calling inside. They brought the order out after I turned on my hazard flashers. When I got home, I went to start getting the food out for my family and realized my youngest kid's meal was not actually in there, we had her hamburger and her drink. I called back and they asked me to bring back the order. I have a hungry child who is eating her burger after waiting for me to get home. I do not have time for a 20+ more minute wait for my daughter to eat over missing fries.(do not care about the toy the fries are her favorite part and a treat for her)I understand being busy but not checking orders and just throwing bags together isn't the way to keep people coming back. This is not the first time for this location to forget parts of my orders. I am normally understanding till it seems like a habit or the person who I talk to does not seem to care or it feel like they are just blowing complaints off. Please learn to double check your bags and be more careful when finishing an order make sure people get what they order. Have your people actually look for the cars no walkout look at one car...
Read moreThis is the location I usually visit because it’s closest to my home but today it was awful. Whenever you’re ordering through the drive-thru, the generators are so loud that you can hardly hear yourself and the staff can hardly hear you too. I ordered a small chocolate shake. I went to the first window to pay, I waited about 45 seconds and no one was there so I was driving up to the second window and a young kid yelled at me to come back to the first window. Then I pulled up to the second window and the young girl working the counter, tried to give me my shake with stuff dripping all down the side so I said, I’m sorry can you wipe that off. She tried and then handed it back and it was still leaking. I asked why it wasn’t in the normal blue/green cups and she said management changed the style of cups for the size small (it was like a styrofoam coffee cup) that she was handing to me. I didn’t care about the cup, just didn’t want chocolate dripping in my car or on me. She then took it back a third time and said she had to dump some out because she over filled it. Read moreI recently stopped by Braum’s for a classic banana split, and it was absolutely wonderful! The ice cream was rich and creamy, the toppings were fresh, and the bananas were perfectly ripe. Each bite was a delightful combination of flavors that reminded me why Braum’s has been a favorite for years. They really know how to make a dessert that hits the spot!
However, I couldn’t help but notice that the store itself could use some attention. The dining area wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, with tables that hadn’t been wiped down and floors that looked like they needed a good sweep. Even the counter area where orders are taken seemed a bit disorganized.
Despite the need for a cleaner environment, the staff was friendly and efficient, which made the visit pleasant overall. They were quick to take my order and had my banana split ready in no time.
If you’re looking for delicious ice cream and a nostalgic treat like a banana split, Braum’s is always a great choice. That said, a little more effort in maintaining the store’s cleanliness would make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back for the ice cream, but I hope to see some...
