December 2022 (rated 3 stars): When Braum's first opened this store, a few months ago, the employees were enthusiastic and personable. Tonight, however, was a less than acceptable experience as we ordered food through the drive-through window. The food and drinks were as expected, but the young lady working the first window was standing and chatting with a young man. They never stopped the conversation, and she never spoke to me. She simply took my credit card, scanned it, and returned it to me without a single word.
I pulled up to the 2nd window to find two employees, young men, chatting inside the window. They did not acknowledge my presence. When the food arrived, the guy closest to the window opened the window, said "Here ya go" then immediately closed the window and returned to his conversation.
I don't expect stellar service at a drive through window, but I do expect to be acknowledged and thanked for my patronage--neither of which happened tonight.
April 2023 (reduced to one star): Service the last couple of weeks has gone to terribly bad. I drive through twice a week for lunch, because this store is near my home. The last couple of weeks, the staff cannot get a simple order correct--I order a Junior Burger with no pickles for my service dog, with an order for me. It gets ridiculous, because I have learned they always put pickles on it.
Today, I sat at the speaker in the drive through for 3-4 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. There were NO OTHER cars in the lane, not even at the window! I then parked and went inside and asked to speak with a manager. I told the manager I had been waiting at the speaker for the better part of five minutes, when they had NO customers ahead of me in line.
Then, while I had her, I told her why can't they get an order right? In the last two weeks, they always put pickles on the burger when I order no pickles. She said she couldn't do anything about that. I said, you are the manager? She said, "I'm the one in charge today?" And I said, "you can't tell the kitchen to follow the special order instructions?" And she said, "They are new employees, and I can't prevent them from making mistakes."
I said, "Then who do I talk to about my concern?" She suggested I call Corporate Office, which I did. The staff at Corporate Office, when they heard I had a complaint, simply sent me to voice mail, promising they would immediately return my call. I called back, they sent me to voice mail a second time, where I left a second voice mail. Three hours later, I had not received a return call, and telephoned again. The lady said, yeah, they had received my voice mail, and they would return my call within 48 hours. She refused to allow me to speak with a manager, or to listen to my issue. She said, "we have your voice mail, that's enough." Someone will return your call in 48 hours.
After speaking with Corporate Office, I understand why Braum's stores just don't care about...

I had back on back horrible experiences. But recently I went and there was a women with silver hair and she was super friendly and nice. The staff got to me quickly, and were super friendly. The food arrived super quickly, and was very good. The tables even had flower bouquets on them!
(Old review) I tend to get a lil something from here before I go to work. Well Saturday me and my family ate there. We were ordering and the shift manager told us to hurry up while thinking about what to order. Then when we were saying what we wanted she rudely told us to slow down in a sassy tone. Then the chicken bacon sandwich I got gave me food poisoning. I mean it tasted good at least, but that week it was the only meal I hadn't had at home with my family and I'm the only one with diarrhea for the next 5 days. Everyone there but the shift manager is nice. The restaurant is also consistently very dirty. When I have gotten food here in the past I've actually eaten it in my truck instead. Which is a small old Japanese truck with no room, not like I have a new American truck with plenty of room to eat my food. Debating contacting Braums management because my friends have also had very bad experiences at this Braums. I'm going to stick to the one on MacAurthur BLVD. I went through the drive-through and I ordered Number one, which is a cheeseburger just the sandwich. I got to the first window to pay for it, and I asked if I can order another cheeseburger, please. Took the lady a few minutes to walk away from the window and come back to say she’s not able to add another cheeseburger or accept my order at the window and I have to go through drive-through turn around the building and order again. I asked why ? She said the manager said that. After paying for my burger, I went to the second window to pick up my food, and I explained what happened. The lady at the second window, she was surprised and shock and she said the first lady probably doesn’t know how to do it. I handed her my card and I said would you please accept my payment and order me another burger? She said sure no problem. After a few minutes, the manager came to the window. A very young man name MASIH hey, handed my card back and he said I have to go through the drive-through again to re-order that one burger. I just got off work very tired and very hungry.
