I looked up the menu here before I got here. And I was iffy about the food but I went and tried it anyways. Ima go ahead and say this first. YUM!!!YUM!!!YUM!!! I came here for lunch and had the Taichi Rice Box with Roasted Pork and it was amazing. I was blown away by the absolute tenderness of the pork, the softness of the rice. The dark sauce that reminds me of the oriental taste of my people's food still lingers in my mind hours after I ate it. It's served with cherry tomato and shelled edamame for texture and sweetness to balance the taste of the sauce and Roasted Pork. All served on a bed of soft, cooked to perfection rice. And sprinkled with Sesame seeds as garnish.

Then it was so good...I had to go back for me. I returned for dinner and got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork. The broth is phenomenal. Hands down the tastiest broth I've had outside of home. The savory flavor of the pork broth brought out by the accompanying garnishes to really bring the flavor of the Ramen and to top it off the heat from the spice was just enough to say "oo..thats got a kick" and I just kept going. I kept eating and soon I saw it was gone. The Ramen noodles themselves make or break a good tasting Ramen. The noodles were tender but not too soft. The firmness/tenderness of the Ramen noodles definitely made half of the Ramen taste as good as it was for me.

Long post short..lol. Go give Taichi bubble tea a try and taste for yourself. I know the name can be misleading but the food there is FANTASTIC. I will be returning again very soon. I got several other food...

This restraunt is in a nice location, right by quail springs mall and some apartments. I like milk teas and other Asian drinks, so I wanted to give this place a try. I am very glad I stopped in to try, The milk tea is perfect. I ordered the strawberry milk tea, and it tasted identical to the kind of drink I would get in Japan. I ordered the spicy miso ramen as well as im curious how it would be. Overall, very good ramen, The broth and spice mix well and taste very good. The chasu is cooked very well and tastes great too! Wasn't chewy and wasn't too fried, just balanced. The spicy chili in the ramen makes it just spicy enough without feeling too intense. I came back and tried the sushi burrito, very good taste and the ingredients tasted fresh. It's a chill and calm atmosphere to come eat with...

Got the spicy miso ramen with pork and since it was happy hour (Mon-Thur 4pm-6pm) I got a free small boba tea. I chose the watermelon boba with less boba. People behind the counter were very nice and helpful in order and sharing the happy hour options. As long as you buy an entree you can get a free small or half off large boba. The ramen had a decent amount of noodles which were soft and good. The spicy miso broth was my favorite thing. It was delicious and the spice was not overwhelming but added great flavor. The broth seemed to me very authentic. The pork was a little chewy but still good. The boba was pretty refreshing and had a great taste. It was also a good relief when I swallowed the spicy broth weird and it burned. Overall I'll be back to try more! Lots of options I'm...
