I ordered two pizzas on the app and paid them. The app said the pizzas will be ready at 6:31 PM. I arrived at 6:30 with two cars ahead of me so by the time I got to the window it was 635. They open the window. I told her my name and she shut the window. I could see through the window that she looked in the holding warmers for the pizzas. She shut the doors and went to the back, and I heard her say my name and then five minutes later, she came back to the window and said to give him a couple minutes and then she shut the window without any explanation. I sit in the drive-through until 648 and when she never came back to tell me what was going on I called the store and tell them hey I’m sitting in the drive-through. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:31 and it is now 652 and I don’t know what’s going on and he said he He would let the manager know, but they were busy right now and he hung up. A couple minutes later, the girl came back to the window and told me they were having to remake the pizza and I asked how much longer it was gonna be since it had already been over 20 minutes and I don’t know them for 10 minutes so I guess two more minutes, but you need to pull around because there’s a car behind you and shut the window again. I pulled around and I waited until 658. She opens the window shift the pizzas in my face and just said ”Here!” No, I’m sorry we messed up. No, I’m sorry we had to wait just “Here!” I was taken aback with her rude attitude and said welk thanks obviously irritated with here rudeness and she very sarcastically said “Byeeee” when I got home and opened our pizza one of them was correct and the other was not. I called the store and asked for a manager and explained the situation and she asked for my ticket number which I couldn’t give her because the Rude employee didn’t give it to me. The manager apologized and made excuses about her walking in to total chaos. And said she needed that ticket number to remake the pizza! I told her I didn’t want another pizza I had already waited over 30 min past the time the first order was supposed to be done I did not want to wait longer. She said well what do you want me to do? I told her I needed a credit or something because I wasn’t going to drive all the way back over there to get another pizza we were hungry now. So she gave me a $20 credit which was fine and said she would talk to her Rude employee which I really doubt she actually did. I will go back there again only so I can get the credit but never again after that. Had they just told meat the beginning what was going on And they had made a mistake on the pizza Emery’s gonna remake it I would not have had a problem with pulling around and waiting for another pizza. The cashier named:”TaLeen” took my order for the hut box; then, after she took my order, she goes to the back/kitchen, comes back to the front counter and tells me that they were out of personal pan pizzas for the hut box. She said, “ that she saw-where in the freezer they had the personal pan pizzas, but they weren’t thawed out”. I responded, “Excuse me; What in the world?” I’ve never known for “Pizza Hut” to have to UN’THAW/THAW OUT pizza/s.??? I told her, “that they should’ve had a sign up letting customers know that they’re out of personal pan pizzas.” Then, that’s when the manager named: “Annie”, came to the front counter. She replied, “I don’t have any personal pans, completely!!” I told her what the cashier had told me about the thawing out of the pizza/s, she looked at the cashier with a Huge, Mad look on her face. She raised her voice at the cashier/TaLeen and said, “NO!!! I don’t have any personal pans”!!! She was MAD AT TaLeen!!! Her face and her tone showed it!!! That’s when, I asked Annie, “who was the store manager?” I said, I remembered talking to him days ago, and he told me that this store would have personal pan pizzas/the hut boxes. “She gets loud and says, “He doesn’t know what he’s talking about, because he’s NEVER HERE, AT THE STORE TO KNOW WHEN THE TRUCK RUNS/WHAT’S AT THE STORE/or on the truck!!” She said, I’M ALWAYS THE ONE THAT’S HERE WHEN THE TRUCK RUNS!!! I said, “WOW”…..!!! I had the most shocking facial expression on my face, because she TALKED BADILY, AND RUDELY about her store manager. In front of a customer/customers!!!! I hurried, out of the door to call another Pizza Hut. I talked to a manager there; and he was so PROFESSIONAL!!! He told me to come to his store to get my hut box. I’M SO GLAD…I DID!!! I had no problems with/at his store! Him, and his crew were so NICE, UNDERSTANDING, and PROFESSIONAL!!! They apologized, tremendously for what I had experienced at the Pizza Hut on “2424 NW 150th, St.” And, that they knew the District Manager and the Store Manager of this store on “2424 NW 150t St. But, I had already filled out a customer’s complaint about this store. I didn't get everything I paid for, my food was cold, and I purposely didn't order via a food delivery service because I figured that they are less than 10 min away and my food would be hot and fresh.. they text and said there partner Door dash would deliver and I didn't care but all of the extra condiments that I ordered and paid for were not there, so you can't blame the delivery service because I ordered directly via their website.. I called to let them know and the guy who barely spoke English just said ok and let me transfer you to complaints, Noone answered, so I called back and asked for a manager and then He transferred me again to where Noone answered again.... I won't bother to call back, it's just a loss of my hard earned money.. these restaraunts always blame the driver but the driver is there to pick up and leave, their job is not to verify whether everything is there because they work off of tips only and maybe 2.00 per order( it's pick up and go for them) the restaraunts are now a piece of sh.t who don't care about the customers or how long it takes to earn a measly couple of dollars... the workers don't care because they make sh.t wages..I gave service 5 stars because of the door dash driver but everything else was horrible... a large pizza plus 2 orders of wings with a 10.00 tip equalled 53.00 and I didn't even get what I ordered and a...
