Ordered online at 12:51 .... Went to drive thru intercom, no answer, waited 5 min in line for a voice that never was heard on intercom. One female in 1st window with headset on and as approached window,she left window. Second window, advised an online order was made at 12:51 & female said you should of said that at the intercom. Advised sat at intercom for 5min n no1 answered. She walked away briefly, came back to window and said to pull forward behind other car that had been waiting previously. Waited til 1:27p and went inside to BK. Seen a group of 3 older gentlemen still waiting on their food. Lady waiting in line in car ahead of me, we went inside to check on our meals. Counted 7 employees, the employees looked at us and proceeded to turn their back to the food. A customer asked where her food is, manager in plain black shirt male manager asked what her order was, proceeded to tell the employees if they got the order she spoke of, he walked away behind the equipment. He didn't come back to help the employees or to ask what I was missing or the next people behind me. 1 female employee gave me the sack of food, I asked for my drinks; 2 large sodas. She ended up giving me Diet soda and receipt said DP. had to try drink flavor b4 leaving, had bad experiences b4 in this drive thru. Advised 1 employee of diet soda while the other one grabbed the bag of food which I had already put my hands in, took it away n proceeded to tell me it's not mine and it's for car#2. I Advised I put my hand in bag and touched food, told her Im car #2 just waiting for right sodas since they gave me Diet nstead of regular. She kept walking outside and shrugged me off. When she came back in and went around counter, advised her again that these wrong sodas and if I can get right ones. Another employee came and gave me drinks and told other employee that it's wrong sodas. All the while this group of 3 older gentlemen were standing in line behind us saying they been waiting for 40 min. Inside waiting on their food. I had been waiting for over 20 min and lady ahead of my car was waiting same time as gentlemen. Had I known the Manager wasn't being helpful and I didn't pay for first time using online app, I would of had different approach to this particular BK. Is all the BK's slow on service?? The BK off S Western Ave & I240, do not go there at night after 5p, usually you can see all the employees and manager outside by intercom smoking and drinking while your sitting at drive thru or inside and no employee is to be found until u walk outside and hear them round corner and now BK off S Western & near 12th street Moore is having difficulty... BK managers or district managers need to be more helpful to accommodate customer orders and wait times... Food was great but customer service from employees and the MOD today needs desperate help at this location... Hope...
Read moreI went to order food around 10 PM. I was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I pulled forward and saw there was only three other cars, so I back up to the speaker and was put on hold. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting, I get to the window. The manager was there and took my money and went back to the back. I waited for another 5 or so minutes before finally the manager returns back to me with the food. I asked him why on earth has it taken so long for you and your employees to make my food. He responded "I apologize mam, but it's just me here running the drive through and cooking the food. This store can't afford more crew". I'm not returning back to this store again and not because of the bad service, it will be because the corporation can care less about how they can just let one person run a restaurant for the sake of saving a buck!

In the past the service has been on par for fast food which is not saying much but today this Burger King was grotesly understaffed or the staff was simply under performing. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employee took 6 drive through orders straight. You would think you would service the customer standing in front of you before the people who are sitting in their car outside. I was finally able to order my food after a lady came out of the back room to help me. After I ordered my food it took over 20 minutes to receive it. I would expect this time frame from a sit down diner but this is supposed to be FAST food. I was very disappointed and will not be going to Burger King again.
