Every time I visit this location (seriously, 100% of the times) my order is made incorrectly and I have to wait for it to be fixed again. Sometimes when I get the food back it is STILL made incorrectly and it may even have a new mistake thrown in just for fun. Despite this fact, I do usually enjoy eating their burgers (when properly prepared). I decided to visit today for a couple of hamburgers. I requested lettuce, mustard, and ketchup only on one burger, the other hamburger was to be prepared normally. After leaving the drive thru we checked the bag to see a lot of mayo, definitely an excess amount, squished on both sides of the burger wrapper - my first clue that this was going to be another 'Mess-up' visit. We parked and found out that the special request burger had just so much mayo on it, only a ton of mayo and lettuce. And the other burger had a large, equally messy, amount of ketchup, lettuce, onions and American cheese on it. I just got my money back and went to a better and more satisfying place to eat - my house. So yes, yet again they messed up our order (keeping the mess-up meter at 100% still!), customer service was lousy, even the manager seemed to be dismissive and careless, and while this location may look quite nice on the outside, don't be fooled. Read moreBeen coming to this Carl's Jr. for about 3 years, and have always ordered the same thing: Biscuits and gravy with no sausage and a bacon egg and chz biscuit. Normally I get told that I'll have to wait abt 5 min for biscuits and gravy with no sausage as they make it with sausage naturally, which I understand.
New lady on drive thru said that she couldn't do it without sausage. I know she's knew bc I mentioned how I was just here 2 days prior, come weekly, and have never been told it's something that cannot be done. She said, Umm I don't know I will have to ask, and then said nope. We would have to make Seperate extra gravy (which is what they would normally do, then just add it to their current batch with sausage). I came at 9:15am, so it's not like I came close to end of breakfast time and asked for them to make something extra that would go to waste.
So basically told me, I'm getting paid minimum wage for minimum effort. Terrible communication and...
Read moreits a shame, that after this restaurant had an excellent customer and food service, that is no more. I notice customer service quality isn’t a requirement. I noticed the change in my favorite burger. It was less then terrible the attention I received from the Hispanic female manager, she clearly has absolutely no ounce of professionalism or self control with customers. Instead, she had an aggressive attitude and I had to pay for food that ended up in the trash from its poor quality in the end either way. I even mentioned the possibly of it being a spoiled patty. I contacted the corporation offices but never got an answer.
The only positive is that places that do put effort into treating their customers good are all next to this sad excuse for a fast food. WhatABurger and Arby’s are more...
