I love the food here. I am not a fan of how card payments are processed, I value my privacy as well as the security of my identity, when you pay with card at the drive thru they take the card to the front, plenty of time and privacy to view the customers card information or steal card information. On one of my visits that I knew I was paying with card I went inside because I do not approve of my card being taken out of my sight, well the card is still taken out of your sight, the card machine is in the wash/dish room, odd to me and not what I consider good customer service, the receipt receiver is on the counter where I feel the card machine should be. The male employee who processed my payment peeked around the threshold at me to see if I was seeing him studying my card info which I did see him, this is very unprofessional and unethical he needs training on taking card payment, I handed my card to process my payment not for someone to meddle/study the info on my card. Another male employee here tall with braids lacks customer service and also lacks safe and sanitary food handling practices, he'd disappeared for a little over a year to the location down the street, I wish he'd transfer back to that location as it's been very nice not seeing him or his bad attitude while he was...

My wife went through the drive- thru at about 9:00pm 11/21. The person working the drive-thru seemed distracted and cut my wife off several times. Our order was messed up and we were over charged. We ended up with stale chicken, missing sides and were over changed as well. When calling the store, I spoke to a man who said the manager had stepped out. It was the end of the night so they couldn’t replace it and we would have to drive all the way back. He said bring your receipt in tomorrow and the manager will replace it. My wife called today just to confirm with a manager. On 11/22 the manager would not give my wife her name, but said she was the daytime manager. She told us that she can only replace foo did we bring back the food, but she could probably give us a discount. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
