Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I am writing to express my concern about the service my party and I received at your location around 4:30 PM yesterday. After placing our order, we asked for some sauces. We observed other customers receiving sauces free of charge. A staff member was about to provide us with sauces, but another employee, a Black female staff member, intervened and informed us that we needed to pay for them.

Additionally, she instructed us to return to the line even though we were already at the counter, waiting for 30 mins, which felt unnecessary and inconsistent with how other customers were treated. This experience left us feeling singled out and disappointed with the level of service.

I believe fair and consistent treatment of all customers is essential, and I kindly ask that you address this matter with your staff to ensure a better experience for everyone.

I have been to go into this location for a client of mine that this craving some chicken all she had was two Wings two breasts and two legs and it cost her almost $20 for that that is absurd for basics of chicken no sides no nothing. I think they're a little too pricey, and the building needed to be cleaned up it did not look clean at all so me personally I probably would not eat anything from there because it just look dirty. Everybody was nice though I have to say they were all very polite Services fast and it smelled good. I just like things to me clean and look clean and be neat if I'm going to be eating something that you're making I want to make sure that you're not just sweating on to the food and I'm not saying that they were I'm just saying as an example I want things...

Definitely will not be returning to this location after today's visit. Had my son go in to get a 10 PC legs and thighs and regular size mac and cheese. Upon arriving home, he had the whole 10 PC Family meal. I asked why he got the whole meal and he responded that the woman at the register told him he couldn't get the items ordered the way he requested without the meal.

I've worked at Church's. I know how to order.

Upon returning items and telling them the mix-up, we are told we cannot receive our refund. Items we did not order. Whatever policies and procedures you have in place should be posted because I returned all items unopened and untouched. Church's can't be that hard up for money.
