Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I would never recommend this location to anyone. I work at a large hospital that orders often but never again! The service I received from the "supposed" General Manager was deplorable. First of all, I entered specific directions as to where to deliver my order, First Floor Emergency Room shouldn't be hard to find. I can't have my cell phone on me during work, so after speaking with the NICE delivery driver I learned my order had been taken back to the store. The woman I spoke with who is apparently the General Manager was rude, cut me off while speaking, said my order did not say what myself and two coworkers clearly saw me type, offered to send it out in 30 minutes making it a total of 2 hours for my order. She didn't apologize or offer to do anything except get me our pizza after our shift ended. I was upset and asked if the order could be cancelled but as I was saying this my coworker said just send it I said Wait can you and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! THE GM HUNG UP ON ME!!! Who does that?!! When I called back to the store to ask for a Manager or District Manager or Corporate number to call the man I spoke with told me they AREN'T ALLOWED TO GIVE THAT INFORMATION OUT and that and I quote "I was his best bet because the woman I spoke to the first time was the General Manager and she wouldn't hang up on anyone" AS I CAN HEAR the WOMAN YELLING IN THE BACKGROUND!!!! OH and this gentleman was rude as well and didn't offer to help, told me I was wrong and then to TOP EVERYTHING OFF HE HUNG UP TOO!! My coworkers were able to hear everything because the phone calls were on speaker. Domino's this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received. If you are ordering from this location steer clear and do not order. Here is why; on four different occasions I use the Uber eats app to order a large pizza of those four times this location delivered my order one time the other three they went in and canceled the order without an explanation. The thing that pisses me off today is that I tried to give them another chance which is the fourth time I then contacted them after placing the order through Uber eats because it looked weird The young lady that answered the phone after being rude decides that she could not find my order she goes and grabs someone else who comes up again and say they could not find my order this after giving them the address my name my phone number and my Uber eats order they then told me to contact Uber eats because they can't find anything. After I hung up with them they essentially went in and old behold it was a miracle I am assuming they found my order because then they canceled it again for the fourth time without explanation and all I wanted was a large pizza. So then I called them back after they cancel the order and now they could find my order but what it is is they don't deliver to extended stay hotel anymore why didn't you tell me this at first or why didn't you put this in your notes on Uber eat so disrespectful and rude and unaccommodating I will never order from them...

As bizarre as it may sound, we bought our pizza at Little Caesars and went to Domino's to purchase the lava cakes. It was extremely disappointing and really not something to put you in a good mood, but the lava cakes that used to be a nice proportion had turned into a cookie with no rate deduction. In my opinion, I thought this a bad business move on Dominos part. Previously the lava cakes were Beyond Delicious! When we purchased these lava cakes and there were three orders, I forgot the price, they were like two small pieces of brownie in a big box. I immediately noticed that the Box had no weight and ask the employee what was the deal. I looked in one of the boxes, and could not believe these portions had gone down at least five times from their previous size. I spoke with the manager who was not very helpful. He did not offer to give me a refund, nor try to compensate for the the poor portion for the price. Nor did he try to compensate for a unsatisfied customer concerning something he knew that Domino's was guilty of. Domino's used to be the pizza place I would order from frequently because of these lava cakes. And I noticed also they no longer have personal pan pizza. I did like these pizzas and they were done very well. So I suppose I'll continue to shop around for a pizza / delivery that can give me the product that I used to be able to...
