Salad and Go — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

What's poppin and crop toppin okc. With me is my latest experience at my local okc salad and go. More specifically the issue I had and how their staff (mainly CHRIS) chose to handle it, i was floored. I go here often since its the only real place I can get a healthy, substantial, and delicious meal. Since I am admittedly very picky I get the same thing everytime and my order is simple so the staff always gets it on point. Today however their was a miscommunication with a topping that changed my usual salads flavor profile and feeling more disappointed about a salad then a 25 y/o should I called about it. Chris answered the phone very politely and was even kind while I was being a bit anxious and confused about what could even be done now that I'd gotten home. They understood my issue were patient with me while I figured out how to articulate myself and went ABOBE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of. As someone who has only worked customer service or hospitality I value and admire good customer service and at the end of their shift none the less when getting the night over would be most people's goals they still had a wonderful attitude. Thank you Chris your such a sweetheart and i hope someone up top sees this and gives you the adda boys you disserve because you do disserve them. Update: I figured out why nobody is ever at these stores. They suck. They have consistency and quality issues with the food. And now they discontinued hot coffee. It was so good. Alas, no more. The people are usually nice but they seem to have high turnover. Rotten tomatoes and cucumbers in salads. Verde salsa is a green blob with clear mystery liquid. I used to get breakfast bowls but they couldn’t ever serve it warm, always was half cold, so I stopped ordering those. Pay extra for avocado on something and you get rotten avocado sometimes. I won’t be back. I kept trying but after they canceled the hot coffee, I’m canceling them.

I don’t know why there wasn’t a line around the block waiting to order at this place. $1.49 for drinks?! Insanity. My first time here after hearing good things from friends about the quality of the food and great prices. Will definitely be back. This location gets one star! I order here EVERYDAY on my way to wk. I place my order online. When I show up at my pickup time my order hasn’t been ready one time! Yesterday FIFTEEN MINUTES after the time they told me to be there TODAY wasn’t ready again!!!! This is every single day I go here! Something HAS TO CHANGE!! Absolutely ridiculous to offer online ordering when the order is NEVER READY ON TIME!! It’s one salad!!!!! SMH
