Double bacon with mayo/ketchup add lettuce No mustard, no cheese due to a dairy ALLERGY 3 piece tender meal with honey mustard Chocolate shake
Read-back was perfect! Get to the window to pay, and the girl hands me a bag and one drink. She had to ask me if I had any other drinks??? I remember there were two meals so I said yes. She handed me the Stari. Drove off after she handed it to me, my husband said he didn’t get his shake. Had to park, my baby is screaming in the back because she doesn’t like a stopped car and we already had a long wait due to the line. Brought baby in with me to calm her down.
NO ONE acknowledged me at the front while I’m clearly standing there with a receipt. I have to basically yell at the gentleman with a mustache to acknowledge me because everyone was busy doing closing duties instead of trying to care for the people in front of them. Then the girl who was supposed to hand me my shake originally was like “oh yeah” and just handed it to me. No apology from anyone and just right back to talking to each other and closing. I notice the shake is literally liquid when she hands it to me, but I’m already irritated so I leave. My husband notes it as well. The shakes are thick, not concrete thick, but it’s not liquid like straight up MILK. Annoyed, but whatever I get in my car and go home. Everyone gets their food, I open my burger, and it literally has CHEESE, mustard, no lettuce. Like why bother if you’re literally not going to do anything I asked? I couldn’t just say whatever because it has dairy. Sent my husband back and he went ahead and asked them to rectify the shake as well. Attitude was clearly felt, but they remade the shake….the exact same way….and remade the burger. My husband watched them make it and was resigned that he was just getting overpriced chocolate milk. He gets home, hands me the burger, and drumroll….. Guess what? No bacon now. So now I’m beyond peeved that I’ve paid extra for a double bacon, and now haven’t had it on top of this fiasco. My husband doesn’t have a milkshake, and is graciously making me bacon at 10pm on the black stone.
I hate writing negative reviews, you guys don’t get paid enough for this job, but please actually do your damn job.

Read moreThe Oklahoma state manager was my cashier and I have never had someone be so rude to me at this location like she was. Sam the store manager was very apologetic for her behavior when I talked to him and very nice, the crew was very friendly and thorough in their work. The service was quick and my custards were great and weren’t melting in this heat.The store could definitely be cleaner but all in all was fine. My only real issue was the boss-lady being so rude. I used to work here a few years ago and if anyone was as rude as she was to a guest corrective action would have been taken. I tried to be helpful and she became very snappy and made multiple assumptions about me and my group, she alone would be a reason I would never eat at Freddy’s again. I hope that everyone else at RKS venture corporation is much more friendly and guest oriented than she was. I hope that she treats her crew and other guests better than she treated me and my group. Read moreI met my family there last night for dinner. It wasn’t late and not very busy. One of us had a cheeseburger and fries, which was good. We also ordered a Patti Melt. It wasn’t anything like any patty melt I have ever seen it had a little bit of dry crumbled up hamburger meat and one little slice of unmelted cheese. We also ordered a double meat cheeseburger with no bun for a gluten free meal. They attempted to roll up the meat in a lettuce leaf. We took it back and it came out with two huge lettuce leaves on top but still none of the other condiments that should have been on a cheeseburger without a bun. I watched as four five of the staff seemed to be in total confusion with not only our order, but others too! Obviously, whomever was supposed to be supervising wasn’t doing so good.
