I called Granny's Kitchen Friday September 5,2025 to report a Manager smoking weed at the bus stop the General Manager Amanda was very rude and disrespectful trying to protect the Manager refusing to call the Human Resources Department The General Manager Amanda is helping another Manager at the Memorial Road location smoke weed at the bus stop and not reporting him to the Human Resources Department The General Manager Amanda refusing to call the Human Resources Department she lied about sending a email to the Human Resources Department The General Manager Amanda and the General Manager Stephanie protecting the Manager from smoking marijuana at the bus stop The General Manager Amanda refusing to do a drug test and tell HR to do a drug test the Manager is vaping marijuana through a black tube device containing THC I smelled the marijuana coming from the tube the Manager is getting away with smoking marijuana at the bus stop every morning and The General Manager Stephanie is ignoring the marijuana complaint allowing the Manager to continue to work The Manager has not been sent home for smoking marijuana the General Manager Stephanie letting him stay at the restaurant high and not investigating the weed regarding the Manager the owner of Granny's Kitchen on North Expressway is letting him smoke weed at the Memorial Road location and not taking serious action with the Manager The Owner is not reporting the issue to The Human Resources Department The Owner Of Granny's Kitchen at Memorial Road is allowing the Manager to smoke weed and not doing a drug test the Manager is smoking weed at the bus stop everyday before he goes to work and going to Granny's Kitchen high off marijuana and the General Manager Amanda and the General Manager Stephanie The Owners of Granny's Kitchen on Memorial Road and North Expressway working together with the Manager and ignoring the complaint about him smoking weed at the bus stop the General Manager Stephanie should not be General Manager because she allowing a Manager to come to work under the influence of marijuana after receiving 2 complaints the General Manager Stephanie lied to me and said she would handle it but a week later the same Manager at the bus stop a hour later and not wearing a Granny's Kitchen Shirt still smoking weed at the bus stop the General Manager Stephanie and the General Manager Amanda told the Manager to change his shirt and leave out at 9:15a.m.instead of 8:15a.m.The General Manager Stephanie told the Manager to change his time from the bus stop so the Manager can continue to smoke weed The Area Director for Granny's Kitchen on Memorial Road said weed legal so he doesn't have to investigate the Manager weed is legal to a certain extent you can't go to work smoking weed at the bus stop and start making food and cooking it's unacceptable the Manager is a Kitchen Manager he was hiding a black apron in his pocket balled up The General Manager Stephanie doesn't won't to drug test the Manager and doesn't care if the Manager is high off weed...

I've been waiting for this place to open and let me say, it was worth it. Every breakfast place I go to, I always try the chicken and waffles...it gives you the best of both worlds, sweet and savory and you can usually judge how the rest of the food is going to be based upon how well the chicken and the waffle comes out. I'll let the chicken start this off. The chicken was extra crispy and the breading had good flavor. There was a dry spot in it, but overall, the chicken was good. The waffle was, also, well done, with the outside being slightly crispy, but not overcooked. Together, they're a match made in heaven. My only complaint was they use the tiny butter containers where the butter is hard as a rock, so it required letting them soften on the waffle before using. Service was good, but not overly attentive to the point I felt like I couldn't enjoy my meal. Definitely will be coming back to try other things; highly...

Coming in the door it was our first time and sadly our last they were very welcoming right off which was good but once we ordered our food we noticed the food was straight trash what was ironic was how the chocolate milk i ordered was warmer than my food I ordered the cowboys skillet it came with mostly potatoes that were dry it was supposed to have cheese and peppers but there was barley any of that just mostly potatoes the bacon was extremely dry and I could definitely tell it had been sitting in a warmer I do understand that it is never the restaurant it's always the employees and honestly they just need a better cook spent 50 bucks and we didn't even eat we just took a couple bites lost our appetite and left I'm not posting this review to persuade anyone not to go this is just a honesty review I hope that no one else has to experience...
