Let me start out by saying we really were surprised by our order and experience on 12/8/23. We've eaten at Great Wall before and been very happy- quality, quantity, taste, etc- that's why we've gone back a number of times. The last time (before this) we went was early fall.
So when we were looking for something quick, hot and tasty, we called ahead and placed our order for beef & brocoli, and fried rice.... but when we got it home, the rice wasn't fried (more like yellow-ish colored white rice with a couple of peas and carrots, and the beef wasn't.... beef(?)-- it was grey and slimy and just terrible....... we remarked about being surprised at the quality, but decided to "sit on it," figuring that if we still felt the same way the next day, we'd go back and tell them about the experience. , The earliest I had a chance to go back was 12/10 to give them feedback and a chance to make it right-- wasn't asking for a refund, but thought perhaps they'd make a gesture.
Instead- nothing. Their response was that we should have called that night, but 2 days later, nothing could be done. End of story.
So between food quality and lack of customer service we (sadly) won't be going back. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants around that we will give an opportunity to earn our...
   Read moreVery disappointed. We ordered our food online to be delivered, immediately got a confirmation email for it within a few minutes. That was at 7:25, and the email said the food would be here by 8:20. I called at 8:25 asking where our food was as it had taken an hour and no food, and I was told they had just received our order 10 minutes before I called and that our food would take another 25-30 minutes to arrive. It's ridiculous that it had taken over an hour for a restaurant less than half a mile away to have our food ready. The least they could have done was called us to say they received our order late and our food will be late.

   Read moreI used to order take out from this location often but will no longer be doing so after my last experience ordering. I was charged an additional $2 to have sauce on the side on a meal that already came with sauce (I am a diabetic) and was not notified of the up charge. In addition, they charged me another $2 for an item I didnât order. I had contacted the restaurant and spoke with the owner to try and address both issues and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and said they would not refund any of the additional charges or provide compensation of any kind. I am upset and disappointed with the service I received after spending $30 to be completely dismissed and treated as if it were my wrongdoing. I would recommend you choose to order anywhere...
