Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I’ve never been treated like this before. I ordered a pizza online and waited an hour for it to be delivered. When it arrived I was so excited for my stuffed pretzel crust I didn’t care that it was cold. I opened it up and my order was wrong. It was with PIZZA RED SAUCE. We drove all the way to the store and I nicely explained I received the wrong item and she starts arguing with me saying this is the right order this is what you ordered. After a few minutes of me explaining my order does NOT say stuffed pretzel crust pizza sauce on the label... the label is correct I ordered the regular one stuffed pretzel crust but my item was made wrong in general. I’m extremely irritated and just give in and say I’ll just order the pizza again and pay for it. She then starts telling me they don’t have the cheddar cheese sauce and that my order is correct in the first place.I tell her once again I don’t care about that pizza I’ll order a new correct one and she ignores me and leaves to do other things. I’m standing there upset and double checking my order because I just would never order the pizza sauce one. Another guy comes up looks at my ticket and my order and says he’ll remake it. After that the rude lady asks us to stand outside so she can sweep. After standing out there for awhile while she stares at us we’re watching people come in and out so we go sit inside. We waited awhile and watched the lady clock out and leave. A few more minutes go by and the guy who helped us was like oh here’s your pizza....it was sitting there in the warmer...she didn’t care to tell us. Leaving I noticed the board above her head has a picture of the pizza with bright orange cheese sauce...will never go in again...whole thing...

the last few experiences I’ve had at this location has left a lot to desire. however, this last visit was the cherry on top. I arrived at 6:17pm, ordered a slices & sticks pizza, was informed they no longer had any left that the car in front of me had bought the last one. I was waiting on them to ask if I was willing to wait for one to be made but it was never asked, instead I was told I could have sausage or cheese. during this entire interaction the employee seemed annoyed that I was even there. I asked if there was anyway they could make one & that I was willing to wait. with annoyance and hesitation he finally agreed. once at the window he took my payment and informed me that it would be ready within 15-20 minutes at this time it was 6:24pm. I waited twenty minutes before driving back to the window where the employee informed me my order wasn’t ready yet, I asked what the ETA was since I had already waited the twenty minutes, he said he wasn’t sure and that’d he’d go inquire. he never came back to give me an answer. a few minutes had passed when someone else came on the speaker and welcomed me to little caesars and asked for my order, I stated again who I was and what I was there for, he then went to find the eta of my order, he came back to tell me they were just about to place my pizza in the over when I asked for a time I should come back to pick it up he didn’t have one and just told me to come back later. that was five-ten minutes ago and it is now 6:59pm. I shouldn’t have to wait 35+ minutes for one pizza tf. edit: just got home & this will be the third visit in a row that they haven’t...

There are two girls just laughing and yelling the entire time we ordered and the entire time we waited for our pizza. We got a pizza and cheese bread and at the speaker one of them was rushing us and wouldn’t even ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered the pizza and she told us our total will be at the window without even asking if we wanted anything else. When we asked if we could also add cheese bread she sighed and said away from the mic, but not quietly, “why are they doing so much.” My bad I wanted cheese bread 😔 When we got to the window (because she proceeded to interrupt us and just say our total will be at the window again once we ordered the bread) we asked for red sauce for the cheese bread and she again while yelling and laughing said “why are they adding so much” and slammed the window in our face when she realized she didn’t even ring us up yet. I work in fast food and I would get fired for the way they were acting tonight. I just wish that the way people behave would be thought about more than 2 seconds. When we finally went in to get our pizza after waiting the asked 10-15 minutes she told us “the pizza maker was in the bathroom and she will make it now.” Like c’monnnn none of us were born yesterday.
