Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Jimmy's was a 5-star for me until a few years ago. I think they got bought out or something. It's lost a little bit of its charm.

Menu is great, coffee is...effective (it's pretty bad). Very family friendly, and a fun kids menu. Nice environment, friendly staff and fast service. The only complaint is the food has no seasoning and you can literally cook everything at home. I ordered the omelette and it was literally just Simi scrambled eggs, cubed ham, sausage that wasn't present and loads of cheese sticks you get at your local grocery store for like $10 out the door. Unfortunately, the food has really gone down hill. If you order just a basic breakfast you start to notice - few items actually taste good. Bacon is rubbery and tastes old. Eggs are tasteless. Then the question becomes; Why come here? Laziness? It's not even all that cheap anymore - like everything.
