I have used this wonderful place of business for many years!! I have had many small jewelry repairs, watch batteries replaced, etc. and then finally, I gave them a bigger job, one of real significance. I asked them to restring my mama’s pearl necklace and replace the clasp. My daughter was getting married and she was going to wear it on her wedding day. My daddy had given the pearls to my mama, for her wedding 🎁 present, so that would make them about 63 years old.

I was sooo pleased, THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB WITH THE PEARLS....although, I had no worries about it at all!! ALSO, being on the cutting edge of the newest jewelry adapters, ROB has made it possible for me to be able to take my wedding ring, off and on, without severe pain, due to severe arthritis in the middle Joint of my wedding ring finger. I have a ring size “10” at the middle joint of my ring finger on my left hand , and I am a size 5 1/2 at the base of my finger. So, you can imagine how painful it was to take my ring off of my finger. My ring size was originally a SIZE 7, I believe.

I was sooo 🍀 lucky, because a company had just designed this “apparatus” that “ ROB” so skillfully inserted into my ring. This allows me to slide my ring on and off without difficulty, and it conforms to my finger at the base of my finger when I have it on. ITS AMAZING!!!!! The entire staff are the best!!! I know that they have my best interest at heart ❤️ because they are sincerely interested in their customers. Their work is excellent. and I trust them, because they are knowledgeable about their business. I always enjoy my visit with them, because they are down to earth, and authentic!!! I hope that they stay in business here in Oklahoma City for a long time. I have plans for them to design a beautiful necklace for me!!! THATS A FAR CRY FROM PUTTING A NEW BATTERY IN MY WATCH. I HAVE TOLD THEM OVER THE YEARS, AS I COME IN WITH MY BROKEN NECKLACE TO FIX, OR TO GET NEW CLASPS ON MY NECKLACES, I SAY “ ONE DAY I AM GOING TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY 💰 IN HERE”” , referring to the necklace I want to design””!! The thing is, even with the small things I bring in, they treat me like I was spending thousands of dollars in their store. I always feel sooo welcome and everyone is so helpful and friendly and professional!!

I guess I will STOP 🛑 now!! I just dropped by there one day years ago to get a new battery for my watch, and I haven’t been anywhere else for any kind of jewelry problem or concern. I am getting ready to take in about 3 rings to be appraised. I am looking forward to...

After doing my thorough research, I had what I consider the chance of a lifetime in choosing J Thomson Jewelers to custom design a diamond ring for me. They are in a word, AMAZING, but that doesn't even begin to describe how INCREDIBLY AWESOME they are. So off we went in I believe on January 27, 2015, and talked to them (Jeff, Susan, and Robert). At that time, I thought I knew what I wanted. I already had all the gold and side diamonds I needed for the ring and just needed the 1 carat diamond I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase as a gift from my husband. I went back a few days later and picked out my center diamond. It is INCREDIBLE!! We then started the CAD design. Midstream, I changed my mind as it turned out the original design wasn't what I wanted after all, which wasn't a problem. We basically started over. No problem. Jeff worked with me and and worked with me until he was sure he had it right before he cast the ring. It turned out to be a more difficult job that we had initially thought it would be. I was sending him emails nearly everyday. I am such a picky woman and had to be sure everything was going to be my specifications. I thought he would surely be irritated by all of these emails, but he is TRULY THE BEST! I kid you not. I'm usually not a very patient person, but during this custom design process I was surprisingly patient. At any rate, Jeff called me on March 19, 2015, and told me my ring was ready for me to come and pick up! To say I was excited is an understatement. As this was a weekday, I had my husband come home for lunch and we went to pick it up as I could not wait until that evening. OMG!!! It turned out to be more BEAUTIFUL and STUNNING than I ever thought it would be and one of which I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever own. There aren't enough words to describe its beauty. If you are looking for someone to design or purchase a ring from, or any other piece of jewelry from, you need to at the very least go to J Thomson Jewelers and visit with them. You will not be disappointed, but wonder why you haven't been there before. They are now, and will remain, my jeweler. Again, many, many thanks J Thomson Jewelers.

I am so sorry for the belated review. It has been a crazy summer!

Back in December of last year my fiance and I started the long journey of trying to find the perfect place to help us create a pair of custom engagement rings. I'm a picky person and wanted something a bit more unique and special (not a diamond fan). So we ordered custom lab alexandrite from Stag and Finch. But for the setting we wanted some nice engraving and were delighted when we came across Jeff's website. We were in contact with a few different custom jewelers but Jeff was the only OWNER to give us such a quick and welcoming response.

I created some illustrations for the design and his team helped us with every step of the process (CAD, roughs, etc). I was so impressed with the care that Jeff puts into his work and his customers. When there were a few mistakes with the rings he immediately offered to have his team fix and redo them for us. I was so amazed and grateful to work with Jeff for our first set of custom jewelry. The level of transparency he gave for all the price breakdowns blew me away. I'm used to bigger companies hiding hidden fees behind a black box, but Jeff really wanted us to understand everything we were paying for.

It's really lovely to be able to see the human craftsmenship of our rings. Jeff's engraver is extremely skilled and he really made my initial designs come to life. The end products are a perfect symbol of my relationship with my fiance and I am proud to wear mine.

I just want to say thank you SO much againto Jeff and his team. I really appreciate all your hard work and I hope we can work together again some day. And I am sorry for the picture quality. It's very hard to take pictures that do these...
