I spoke to a young woman over the phone. I made sure they had several PS4 controllers for sale, she confirmed and also they were 45 dollars each. I said oh are they refurbished, she said yes. When I got there, it was just an older guy and he explained of the 3 that only one worked and it had minor stick drift and costs 50 bucks đ˛ Like why are you trying to sell me a a busted controller? When they go bad, this is why they do, so it made no sense to me. I explained I was more than frustrated because I lived 25 minutes across town and this costed me time and money. He threw his hands up and said try Best Buy and said the girl I talked to was from another store and didn't know anything. Lol like I'm 40 years old, I don't need help shopping, your employee lied to me and that's why I'm here. Now how about an apology and a gift card, not an excuse. To be fair, I wouldn't have bought the controller even for 15 bucks, but still. Crappy customer service. I can't believe the guy was still trying to sell me the controller.. When I got back in my car I ordered two off-brand controllers as a pair for 30 bucks and it was overnight shipping. Should've done that in the beginning.

   Read moreI was having an issue with my IMEI that I purchased directly from my provider. I had called in several times and asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldn't be in until Monday. Both times I asked the person on the phone to make sure Kevin called me back when he came in on Monday. I never received a call back so I went in today to try and get things resolved and Kevin was not helpful in the slightest. He told me he didn't need to listen to my side of the story because he already knew what happened, he kept cutting me off, and told me he wasn't willing to help and I should just leave. At the end of our conversation he had the audacity to yell and curse at me when throughout the entire interaction I had remained calm and refrained from any personal attacks. I did let him know I was getting frustrated, but that I understood it wasn't his fault and I just wanted to work towards a common goal. He cut me off then also. When one of the store representatives that had helped me previously came over to explain something to Kevin he actually yelled at his employee in front of me a customer, and told him to go away, to leave.    Read moreWent to exchange a Xbox one s because it would randomly freeze after a few hours of play and the controller had horrible stick drift. But was treated very horribly by the girl cashier for just wanting to get something else since all their Xboxâs are in pretty dirty horrible condition they donât even clean them and the one I was given had black scuffs, dirt and grime stuck in the holes on top and still had some dudes profile on it I had to literally reset the console myself when I got home and was cracked on the corners. So I didnât want to take another gamble on another one but she(the girl with nose piercing) was rude and just passive aggressive for no reason even though I was polite like I had to tell her to have a good day at the end of the transaction like that should be your job not mine. 𤌠At least the new guy is super nice and friendly.
