I just had the absolute worst fast food experience of my life at the age of 43. I've never been talked down upon like 'Crystal' did. I've had some rude people in my fast food experiences but this just made me so upset and ruined my whole night! She basically said "We're out and go 'f' yourself." She did however, offer me two drumsticks in place of my 2 orders of 8 piece wings.
I cannot stress enough to how rude and degrading she was to me. Either she's fired or everyone I know, including me, will go somewhere else from now on. And I seriously mean that. It's my new goal in life to make sure she never has contact with another patron of KFC ever again. I will indeed keep on this situation non stop until she is fired and not rehired at any other location.
She laughed at my confusion. She had my phone number through the app and could have saved me the the worst encounter of my life with a food service employee.
I have worked at several fast food places in my early employment years. Back then, I'd have been fired on the spot for that kind of disrespect, mockery, and lack of customer satisfaction. Plus the obvious intentional degradation. She went way too far and laughed!
I am still so angry even after an hour has passed. Honestly, I am still somewhat in disbelief that this actually happened to me. One of the most laid back, understanding, and nicest person you'll ever meet.

I didn’t get a receipt but asked for one just in case and that was a slight problem too. I parked just to make sure I had everything and there was a few things missing. I go back around and tell them what I was missing and you would have thought it was my fault. You could tell there was some irritation but to be honest if I don’t have an attitude about my order being wrong why would you have one? I worked fast food before so I understand and certainly try to be empathetic during these crazy times but this wasn’t cool. She didn’t say anything to me just handed me the items while looking the other way then walked away. They gave me the wrong size side so I waved to the 3 people still standing there and started with “I know you guys are irritated...which I shouldn’t have to say so out of the 3 people that come to the window one of that says oh you’re okay like I’m in the wrong. Really? Then the other employee says so it wasn’t a small side like I’m making it up so I show her the receipt. It just annoyed me the more I thought about it on the way home. Get home and find one bucket with the tiniest legs and wings I've ever seen, so small that the bucket looked less than half full. Pieces were super greasy and most of the breading torn off or fallen off. The other bucket had the thighs and breasts...also tiny. The Georgia gold chicken was extra, extra greasy and although I got the two mashed potatoes and gravy I asked for with my meal, I got NO coleslaw and No biscuits. You get 4 large sides with a 16pc- and 8 biscuits. Heck no 👎🏼 I've tried calling twice so far, no answer at all. I'll keep calling. I'm not usually one to complain but I'm pretty disappointed with what I got for my money. KFC is expensive to be getting pigeon sized pieces, and especially if they are bald and GREASY!
