I can understand a busy restaurant; what I can not understand is this: when my husband and I came it was right before it got really busy, we had a moderate size order of 2 burgers, 2 hotdogs, 2 lg fries and a kids meal, and the order was completely wrong and things were missing so we pulled back around, told them it was incorrect, and they told us they would correct it and took back the old food when they brought out the new food. we checked it and it was still completely incorrect! i’m highly allergic to tomato’s which is entirely why I asked for no tomato’s and at that point I was uncomfortable asking for yet another change so I just didn’t think it be worth it and left. I did have other things to eat so it was fine but i’m not happy that it wasn’t corrected to begin with. they did apologize and said they were really busy but there were literally 3 cars including my vehicle.
Edit: I had a separate incident tonight where I tried asking the manager if 10:00 was a bad time to arrive because frequently at that time were waiting and waiting just to get told to go to the drive thru, wait again and then get told that they’re only taking drink orders. it would have been very nice to know that beforehand and they told me and I quote “we can not tell every little detail to every customer that comes through here. nobody told you guys that we were only taking drink orders, we told the stall next to you”. This manager has an attitude from hell and we have had numerous negative experiences with this lady. if she can’t handle working food, she needs to find a new job. the owner should fire her for the way she speaks to people. i’m not sure of her name but she said her bosses name was Skye if I needed to talk to her. clearly they don’t care since this issue has never...
Read moreSo I might be out of line for including this in a sonic review of a store, because this complaint is about the app/ website but it happened whilst in this sonics parking lot while trying to place a order thru qpp in order to gain the ½ price drink savings-so. Well the app wouldn't let me log in with my email / password and demanded I link my fbook which I didn't want to do. But here's my review store specific: This place is better the. The sonic two blocks from my house, so I drove out of my way to patronize this locale. I had the po'boy popcorn chicken sandwich. And redbull slush. Yum. Idk I'd you the reader has the same experiences as me but I can go to the same store in a franchise such as sonic or McDonald's and they will vary GREATLY! From food temperature and prep to service to cleanliness etc. It will almost be like eating at totally different restaurants with totally different menus. So I've learned to find find best out of the rest. For example this location. This is tje best son I've found in nw okc to date. Will keep you posted if it changes lol. The staff was nice and service faster then any other sonic I've come across yet....
Read moreAll stalls were down? (Sunday around 3:40pm) Pulled into stall, cashier could hear to respond but insisted the drive thru only worked for ordering. Ordered multiple bags of ice for a party and drinks. Cashier was incredibly rude the entire time. At the window she attempted to pass the bags of ice thru the small car window even though there is a door right before the drive thru window for this very reason. When I refused the ice through the car window and insisted it be brought thru the door, so I could put it into the already full car, this caused more hostility. She screamed to pull forward, further from the door causing the her to walk more than necessary. This held up the already slow drive thru line. Cashier brought out the ice with lots of attitude and mumbling words, which subsided when she realized I was twice her size when I got out of the car to receive the ice. She forgot the drinks and had to ask what they were again. Tried to ignore the attitude and just be civil as possible but this behavior...
