My complaint is this, I drove through the drive of (12323 N. Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City, OK 73120) Taco Bell and had a bad experience. I had 5 separate small orders and told the female over the intercom before ordering. She told me to hold on and came back saying, "I can only do two orders at a time.” I was unclear what she meant and asked, “What do you mean?” She stated, “We can only do two orders at a time!” I then stated, “Are you telling me that I can’t order the other three?” She then said, “You can drive back through and order the others!” I replied, “Are you saying that in order to receive my entire order I will have to come through the drive two more times?” She answered, “Yes, that’s correct!” At that point I was aggravated and told the female fine and gave the first two orders.
I drove up to the second window and was greeted by the female that I had been talking to. In a polite manner I asked her, “What is the reason why someone has to drive around two more times to complete their order?” She stated, “I’m not sure, this is what my manager told me.” I asked, “Can I please speak with the manager?” She replied, “You want to talk with the manager? Okay, one second!” A few moments later, another female walked up to the window and appeared annoyed and said, “Yes!” I restated the question and asked, “I don’t understand why someone has to drive through multiple times to receive their order, please explain this to me?” I was very shocked at the response I got and what followed afterwards! The female (Manager) stated, “Because!” and then walked away!
After briefly speaking to the manager, I drove through two more times before completing and receiving my orders. I may not be completely accurate but it took close to thirty minutes rather than ten (at the most) if I didn't have to drive two more times around the parking lot and position myself back in line. I hope that this isn't what Taco Bell (a huge organization/franchise) is becoming, a low-level customer service giant who have people that don’t care how they treat the people that keep your company strong and thriving. I don’t wish for anyone to be reprimanded on the count of me but I do feel that an apology...
Read moreWe ordered in the drive thru, 2 quesalupas, 2 beefy five layer burritos, a cheesy bean and rice burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. We asked for a lot of fire sauce. After we get our food we pull out and I check the bag, we're missing one of the queso chalupas and there are 3 fire sauces and 2 mild. So we go back through. The lady on the intercom is nice and knows they forgot the queso chalupas and tells us to pull through. So my friend pulls through. She just got stood up on a date, and she's being so sweet and is very non chalant about having to go back through, but the guy at the window is now rude. She asks for a lot more fire sauce and he seems like we're being so inconvenient and says out quesalupa will be right out. He hands it out to us and is still seeming rude, he says 'mhm hmm' when we say thank you and shuts the window. Then we go home and start to eat it. That second quesalupa was, I guess, double fried or heated, it was disgusting. I never know what service I'm going to get and something is wrong more than half the time I go Everytime I go I'm gambling on if I should get more, because the burritos can be so small, I've called up several times when that's happened or when I get home AND notice there's little to no sauce or things are missing. I've contacted TB corporate and next time I will be in to speak to the manager in person. I like taco bell, and I don't get to eat it a whole lot, but this is...
Read moreEdit: Just went into this taco bell @1:15 PM on September 3rd and asked about when they closed and I was indeed told 2 am. So I them proceeded to inform them about the other night and the lady said she would inform her regional manager because that should NOT be happening. Food and service is amazing @ day but @night I can't even make a survey on it due to them not offering any service.
It has been two nights now that I've gotten off work so I went to taco bell because I love your number 3. Well both nights about 2 weeks apart I've gone in around midnight-1 am because I get off work around then. The first time I arrived it was midnight and I went into drive thru but no one answered and your drive thru lights were off menu and all. Which me and my wife both agreed things must just be different due to covid. But tonight I found it odd because Google says you're open until 2 am. So I chose to call up a taco bell 3 miles away from your store to see if they were open and they said they're open until 2 am. So I went there and was even served while they were unloading the truck. Simply put your night shift is refusing service to customers telling them that they are closed when store hours say otherwise. I am sure corporate will not appreciate this information at all. Hope whoever is causing this and those who are agreeing to allow it get reprimanded. Sincerely a very...
