There was only 1 car in front of me. I got to the drive-thru to order and wasn't greeted at all for a while, she finally said to wait a few minutes. I ordered, she said the wrong order, I corrected her. She only repeated the number I ordered and the drink, no total. I asked if it was spicy, since she didn't repeat it, she said "Yes!" with an attitude. I pulled up to the window, she gave me the total, so I had to get my money together. I had it ready and was about to hand it to her then she closed the window and went somewhere. Her whole attitude was rude the whole time, it takes a lot for me to get mad and be rude back to someone, but this was it. She gave me my food and drink and I didn't say anything, I took my receipt and was about to pull off when she said, "Don't snatch!" with an attitude again. I stopped and was about to say something or go inside. I decided to leave to get back to work and I just filled out the survey.
When I got to work, I tasted my chicken and it was mild, so I checked the receipt and it said mild, even after I asked to confirm at the drive-thru that it was spicy.

The first time I was here I went through the drive thru during my lunch break, and once they took my order and I paid I was told to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited 20 minutes before I went back through the drive thru and they said “oh yeah it’s ready,” as if they were expecting me to know that my order was ready??? The second time was about 2 weeks ago, where I ordered for my whole family, and got large combos, which are supposed to come with large drinks and biscuits. I hadn’t noticed they gave me medium drinks until my family members pointed it out when I got home, they also pointed out that there were no biscuits given. I went back and got my biscuits, but didn’t care about the drinks. Today, I ordered and everything was fine. I’m thinking to myself “oh finally, just a normal experience with this place.” Nope. I get home and they gave me the wrong side. Idk what’s going on here with the service here but something needs to change, or the employees need to be more attentive. Read moreWow. Another lackluster visit. To be fair, a regional manager invited me to share me grievance at the location last time I had an issue. I didn't do it because I felt it may make me even more of a target. But I appreciate the willingness of a leader to offer that meeting. It seems the problems here run deeper than a regional can fix. So I went in two weeks ago and the sign on the drive thru order screen had a note over the chicken sandwich indicating it could only be purchased inside. That was a nightmare. They were taking 20 minutes to put a sandwich in a bag and hand it to the customer. The sandwiches were there. Premade. Why are u taking the order and then just standing there? Put it in the bag. People were getting irate. By the time I got it, it was soggy and not good. So today I decide I'll go at 11am to beat the rush and get a fresh one. There's no more sign on the drive thru screen indicating it must be ordered inside. Yet that's what I was told at 11am when nobody else was even there. So I try to go in and the doors are locked.
