I've been going to this micky d's for 7 years and usually have a very nice Hispanic woman working the register . But on 11/29/24 @ 8:04 pm My friend and I came through the drive-thru and made separate orders and I was told my total was $27.17 when actually my total was$20.17 I handed him 27.25 and all he gave me was .08 and mind you I was in the passenger seat so I wasnt paying attention to the screen because I couldnt see it. And my driver ordered her meal and her change came to $8.86 and she gave a $10 dollar bill and he gave her the change of $1.14 in quarters a dime and 4 pennies . No Bill's were handed out the window to either one of us . And when I got home my husband noticed the mistake in the amount of our order.so I drove back to get my money and a very short woman told me that look at him he wouldnt take my money like that and I said run the camera back be ause it will show he handed us no Bill's back . And I have both receipts that prove my story of events to be valid . And I was told I was not telling the truth by a woman that wasnt even at the register so her opinion means crap to me . Needless to say I showed them the time of the transaction and all they had to do was look at the camera above the register and they would see I was telling the truth and the two employees were lying . So what that tells me is that they are doing this to others and in cahoots together . But why argue with me when your caught . So I'm told I have to drive back again tomorrow to talk to a manager. Why is it they can take my money but not give it back. So now I'm out $2.00 plus my $7 and my time.so I'm going to go back and show my receipts and demand to see the camera. And when they see that I was falsely accused of trying to embezzle my money from them. I've worked in management in food service and I know how employees can skim a register and if hes going to so much trouble to deny his mistake that means it was purposely done . And his little co- signer is probably in on it too. I suggest management pull up his drawer reports and see how much it comes up over or short because that's how it works it's called skimming a till and I have my proof and they will be brought forward for their act of stealing from the owner and the the owners customers . And that causes us all to lose. And you need to put momma back on the drive thru because she rocks . Never got my order wrong and shes just a pleasant person to do business with . She's an asset to your company. And the negativity of this review reflects nothing upon her . But for real how many others have been robbed of their money too. And mark my word I'll be there in the morning to speak to management with my receipts. I hope this is the last issue I'll have here because this store rocks with their customer service . But this time they chose the wrong one to call me a liar because the customer is always right. Even if they are wrong you have to assume them right because if you lose the business of our huge family that has been in the car business on 39th street for years . The money that you will lose by the mistakes of people that know nothing of customer service should not cause their employer to lose alot a business because of their selfishness greed. Because not all money is good money and this lesson I promise I hope to teach this kid . Because the woman that was lying for him really wasnt helping him learn integrity. Read moreI wish this has negatives because it would be a -5. This is the. Absolute. WORST. McDonald's in OKC!!! This is THE WORST I have ever been treated at any restaurant in my life! And I only went thru the drive thru! Employee A cut me off while I was ordering and told me to drive thru to the pay window. Employee B tried to charge me for my partial order. I asked if I could finish my order first and employee A interrupted, and said, "what what do you want! " I should have driven away then, but I thought everybody has a bad day now and then. I finished giving my order and paid. At the pickup window, employee C, who obviously knew no English at all, handed me the wrong drink first. He took it back, and looked to employee D for help. I had noticed that on my receipt that the chicken mcnuggets I ordered had habanero sauce added, without my knowing. I started to ask for honey mustard, when employee D yelled, yes your mcchickens are in the bag. I started again, "but with the mcnuggets",.... Employee D yelled again. "They're in the bag too." I asked if I could finish, and she said, "oh yes. The habanero sauce", and told employee C to get it for me. I now said, again, "No! I don't want habanero. Please, may I have honey mustard? "employee D told employee C, in Spanish, what to get. Then employee D walked away. I told employee C I'd also like some ketchup for my fries. He handed me another honey mustard and slammed the door in my face. I was so flustered I drove away, only to realize I didn't get the iced mocha I'd ordered. When I drive around, at the first window, employee B opened it and started reading the order of the person behind me. I said "no, I'd like to get the rest of my order please, and I showed her my receipt, explaining that I had not gotten my mocha. Employee A came over and said, "did they tell you to drive around? " I said, "no, I drove around when I realized my order was incomplete. " she then waved me off and said go to the second window. At the pickup window again, employee C again opened the window and started to hand me the wrong drink. I said, "no. I just need my mocha to complete my order. I was holding up my receipt again. Employee D grabbed my receipt and went to the other side. I tried to tell employee c that my order was also short one order of fries as the mcnuggets had been ordered as a meal. Employee d came around and handed c the mocha to give to me, and looked at the receipt. She stated "you got all you paid for. If you want more fries it will cost extra." I promise I'll never go back to that place, and I'd recommend everyone in OKC to avoid...
Read moreThe old lady that works the front drive through at night has issues for real I came in the drive though and told the lady I was here to pick up my order mind you I just has a baby 3 days ago I have my new born in the back and my toddler in the back as well my toddler is crying in the back so as I’m trying to talk to this lady through the speaker she can’t understand a thing I’m saying obviously so I I just went to the first window to politely say I’m here to pick up my order not only was she rude but she weirdly shouted at me and told me to go around I proceed to tell her i cant hear you because my toddler is crying and shouting in the back I refused to go around because there was about 7+ cars behind me already I would’ve completely understood if i was barely tying to order at the window but I wasn’t I simply was just trying to pick up my food I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager but I don’t think she was I told her she was being unprofessional and not very understanding she said she didn’t care that she didn’t have to Care and that’s not even the worse part of it all she then calls the police on me 😐😭😂😳🤦🏻♀️ like whaaaaaaaaaaat ????
