Michael's Grill — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

You are doing yourself a huge disservice if you do not dine here when you are in Oklahoma City... I have a good friend who lives nearby, and we went to numerous other establishments before I discovered this place through some serious research... My friend had not been to the restaurant in perhaps 15 years... Now, It is his go-to... And it is my go-to when I am in Oklahoma City... If I am there for one night, there is not even a thought, this is where I am going to dine... I might even go there both nights if it was just a two-night stay in the city... You will find Michael, the owner, Greeting And checking in on every table while you are there... His care is only that you have the finest dining experience that you can... And if you dine here, you will... A word of advice, the specials are always something to think very strongly about ordering... If the regular meals are 100%, then the specials are always 110% or more... The owner has been involved in restaurants probably since he was born, and it shows in his offerings, presentation, and service... It would be hard to beat this...

My New Favorite Restaurant! My husband brought me here for our anniversary. Honestly, I didn't want to go. I'm not really into food and the thought of sitting in a "nice" restaurant through an entire meal makes me want to pull my hair out. I always feel like "nice" restaurants are full of pretentious staff intent on convincing me they're very important people.

I was super surprised. The staff was down to earth and fun to talk with. The owner greeted us at the door. The waiter was excellent. He provided us with recommendations, which we gladly took. I had the best scallops I've ever had. I don't like steak but my husband ordered a KC strip and it was so delicious he refused to try my scallops (though I did try his steak and it was excellent.) Our Caesar salads were delicious! It was a great meal and I loved the low-key atmosphere.

I couldn't wait to eat the rest of my scallops for lunch today and I noticed my husband took the rest of his steak to work for lunch, which he ever does. Will definitely go...

Unbelievably rude, Wow! Never been, intrigued by the online presence, decided to make a reservation, however no Online Offer to do so. No link provided anywhere... ? Strange I thought so decided to start calling even tho they don't open til 6pm. It was approx 4:20pm. I called several times, just in case - wanted to surprise someone coming into town. I didn't "expect" a table but wasn't sure why no ability to make a reservation wasn't avail? So I figured I'd leave a msg. I decide to call back at 5:25, Guy answers andI tried asking him if folks call several days in advance for this place or how it works cuz I'd been calling since about 4pm w/no answer.
