I had never tried a few things this place offered, but my son turned me on to this restaurant and so glad he did! The crepes with shrimp and pork is WONDERFUL!! And I don’t know what they do to their fried shrimp, I normally don’t do fried stuff because I don’t like batter, but these are awesome! Has a honey, light, crispy flavor that now has become my obsession! And the egg crepe meal I crave way too often! Try for yourself! I’m trying to get them to do delivery of some kind, but they don’t seem very interested in doing this! But the food is really really good!
Well, it’s been a year and I’m ashamed to admit that since lock down last March, I have been ordering their pork fried rice, the WONDERFUL fried shrimp roll, and the really delicious egg rolls more than anything or at any other restaurant! The fried rice lasts me alone 3-5 meals including an egg roll and a shrimp roll, for about $25! So about $4-5 a meal! Cheap as cooking myself, when it’s only me eating! But I know how much it costs to feed high school age boys, and it would only last one meal! So you have to consider that! My adult son loves this place and I know both of us go home with another meals worth from the leftovers! Not to mention there’s not one dish that I’ve ordered from them that I haven’t loved! Now UberEats delivers from them ( bought into the monthly $9.99, just so I can order from them about 3-4 times a week! Well...maybe 1-2 a week! Can’t say enough great...
Read moreLove the pho! Get the regular size if you want soup later. I haven't been hungry enough to dare get the large but the regular is almost comically big, the mind boggles at what a large might be. They bring you plenty of fresh bean sprouts and basil and lime, especially if everyone at your table orders. I haven't tried anything else here, tbh, it was kind of drizzly and gross today, and I'm recovering from a cold, so pho was the perfect food for me. I'll have to branch out at some point.
I really like this place! It is kind of dark and cluttered but I kind of dig that vibe. Not everyone will, I'm sure, but the soup's really good. The regular bowl of pho is generally enough to get two portions out of it, even if you're hungry person who has a big appetite, and it's reasonably priced. The leftovers heat up fine, but I think they're good cold, too. Staff is friendly and polite.
(ALSO: The bathrooms are behind the folding screen in on the south wall, I never can find them and always have to ask, so I'm telling you in case you need them. The bathroom was very clean! I was impressed, honestly, and I work in the food industry, I have cleaned some restaurant bathrooms in my time. Just somewhat hidden, especially if you're at...
Read moreMy church of more than hungry Vietnamese 60 people came in to eat for lunch. Most of us ordered Pho. The pho came out quickly and the waiters and manager are friendly. The Large bowl of Pho was humongous. We're from Houston, Tx and I reckon the size of their large pho is the size of 2 large bowls of Pho in Houston. Their Small bowl of Pho is humongous as well, its size a little bit more than a Large pho in Houston. Their pho Dac Biet came with a bunch of different meat cuts and alot of it. Alot of rice noodles as well. Broth was flavored very well. The Pho is delicious and not like you're average bland quick pho stop. Its really good. Vietnemese coffee pairs well with the pho. A pho is around 9.99 dollars. That is a deal! I reckon their pho should be worth more then $20. They give so much food for a small price. No one at my table could finish even half of the bowls of pho, even the hungry men. Thats how much food they give you. I'd come here again with my Church. Waiters worked hard and quickly. I am thankful we stopped at this shop, and they were...
