Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Horrible experience. I ordered a big box dinner carry out order. Was supposed to come with 2 pizzas, wings and breadsticks. Picked up the order, went home only to find the wings were missing. Called and spoke to the mgr. He was like so do you want us to make the wings now or I place a credit on your account or what? ...Umm hello?! Obviously I want the food that I ordered to begin with! He said he would give me a credit and make the wings. So I go up there again and get the wings. Get home..guess what? Yep no credit on my account. This location just doesn’t care. Even to the point that the “Curbside to go order” outside signs are upside down! I don’t know who owns this place but how could you not notice that?! Also the corners of the pizza had not toppings or sauce so the end pieces were worthless. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a pizza place. They just don’t care and it shows! I ended up throwing most of it away bc I wasn’t confident that the food is sanitary. I’ll stick to Dominos...

Here is the thing it's Pizza Hut so it can't get more than three stars. It's basically a 4.9 One bite everybody knows the rules. Having said that this particular Pizza Hut is one of the best I've ever been too.

They do a great job, it's fresh, always piping hot. Service is excellent. No complaints. As far as a fast food pie chain goes it can't ever get higher than a 3 star and a 4.9 is a fantastic score for a Pizza Hut.

This location beats the pants off the other chain competitors around them like Dominos, Papa Johns, Papa Murphy, Mazzios, All American cardboard and Ketchup etc...

So Pizza Hut I beg you don't take this 3 star as a bad thing at all. It's as high a score a pie chain is allowed to get and a 4.9 is incredibly respectable for a chain.

Sigh … Ordered online carry out while at work around 7:45 & went to pick up after I got off ! Get there at 8:20 and the lobby is packed , no greet through the door . (Which made me awkwardly standing there) . Tried to approach the front counter with 1 man working up front & couldn’t even make it . Multiple people everywhere & all he is saying is 40 min wait on all these customers first (addressing the lobby) then you .. ? I was confused because I’ve already placed awhile before that time . I asked if he could check for an estimate on my order , he walked over to the line and walked right back and said they haven’t started it yet and it’ll be after all these peoples orders . No urgency from him , nor the girls in the back listening to music . Went to Marco’s Pizza around the corner . So sad because I love...
