Fortune Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Absolutely horrible service. I went in at 815pm on a Wednesday to get a take out order. I actually went to the restaurant and ordered it there so there could not be any misunderstanding on what I ordered. Mind you, I'm the only person there. No other orders have come in because no phone calls came in. I ordered an appetizer and a meal. I get my meal and take it home. I open things up and my appetizer isn't there and instead they sent fried rice. I call them up and tell them my order was wrong. They tell me to bring 5he wrong thing back and they will replace it. When I get there, they replace it but give nothing for the inconvenience of having to come back. Gas is close to $4 a gallon and my other food is getting cold. The owner just comes out laughing saying she guesses they got the order wrong. How do you get it wrong if it's the only order you have? If paying by a credit or debit card be sure to check your online banking information ASAP this restaurant will charge you several different transactions. When you call and tell them they say no we only charged you once NOT TRUE!! First time i thought it was a mistake I paid my bill with debit card and gave a $10 cash tip. A few days later I looked at my online banking and it showed the restaurant had given themselves a $30 tip…NOT COOL AT ALL.. the second time I went back which was years later the only reason I went is because my husband wanted something. I happened to pull up my bank statement and once again I was charged for TWO transactions when it should had only been 1 transaction. I tell the owner I will be up there in 5 minutes so she can see my account she tells me NO!!! I’m telling everyone who buys food from Fortune PAY WITH CASH! Omg! I use to love this place but now over the last three visits the food has been different and not so appetizing! I would bring my two older kids as well! Over time I noticed that it has not been clean floors dirty tables dirty walls, sticky food on seats and table things look dusty and old! I’ve also noticed flies always in there. So today did it for me it was me and my daughter and it was flies all over the waitress that took our order tried to kill it over our food while we were eating it! So she did and then the next table as well! I was disgusted with Nats flying all over in my sauce and then right behind my daughter’s head a big roach came out. I was so done I almost threw up and immediately paid and left I will not be back anymore. Sick...
