I just had my first meal from Prepd - the green chili chicken bowl. It was absolutely delicious. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the preparation. The lady that was working in there was so nice and helpful. I highly value good customer service! My meal was so good, packed with flavor. It’s clean eating and the nutritional value is excellent!!! 1 ground turkey meal, 2 chicken meals. Chicken could use more seasoning. Price is fair. It's a place for healthy eating convenience. The meals are simple so if you can cook, you're better off doing so. I like that every food displays the macros. Being next to a gym it beats going to chipotle...
