I’ve been there multiple times and each time I’ve been, I’ve always been treated nicely and the service is usually great. However, this past interaction was absolutely appalling. My friends and I got there pretty late, around 1:25 am. We just left another bar and I was excited to show my friend the place since she’s never been before. However, the place was already closed and we were quickly told to leave the place. Which was understandable, so we left and ordered an Uber to ride our way home. I remember having a question to ask, so I walked back in to ask a few questions. In response, I was immediately turned away disrespectfully. Which again, is understandable to an extent. As soon as I stepped back out, my friends were on the patio and waiting for Uber. With us being tipsy, we felt safe there since I knew the people inside could see us if anything happened. I’m assuming it was the manager who came out and told us the patio was closed and we needed to leave. It was said in a rude and hostile manner. Personally, I understand it can be frustrating to have tipsy customers when closing, but there was no ill intent on our part. Until a few words were exchanged between my friend and the manager. We tried to evacuate with my friend, however, the manager still kept talking and more words were exchanged. I don’t know if she needed the last word, or if it was a power trip but it got to the point where we were threatened to be called by the cops when we were already trying to leave the property and the manager kept being hostile. I've never been treated like that before anywhere, so the fact that it happened here was really upsetting.

Walked in the only customers in the building didn’t get a hello or anything asked about happy hour specials she rudely pointed at a sign and I am partially blind . No help at all then she walked off and came back rudely ordered an old fashion that tasted like it was made with fireball . Mind you I am a mixologist 21 years creating magic behind a bar never once had an old fashion that tasted like cinnamon. She argued me down I ended up with a margarita that was basically juice . Couldn’t get a frozen drink it takes an hour to freeze. She walked in at 3pm with us barked at me about having to set up her bar like come in and prepare for it . She said she can’t due to labor . She also had onions on my burger so I didn’t get a cheeseburger only a burger had to pull that all off . Never came back to check on us after dropping food off . She didn’t smile until I asked for a box after like ten mins again she was like I am trying to set my bar up like that had anything to do with me . Be more friendly smile and less aggressive you will go far in this field . This is my absolute favorite bar to go to! I take my boyfriend and my besties here. I LOVE that everyday has happy hour from 3-7 pm. That’s the only time I’ll go because it’s the cheapest drinks around. My favorite drinks are the sour patch kid shots for $3 it’s hard to beat and a classic margarita for $5. I always ask what frozen drinks they have because the rotate every so often. In the past I’ve had a Baja blast, spicy strawberry margarita, horchata, and most recently mix berry mojito 😋. During happy hour the frozen drinks are $5 so definitely worth a try. I also love the food, I’m vegetarian but my friend eats meat and loves the shroomy Swiss burger. The fries are seasoned well and always crispy and hot. Get a side of ranch too they make it with pickle brine and it’s amazing. Most of their burgers you can ask for them to sub for a beyond burger patty I usually get the classic cheeseburger. It’s a small up charge but totally understandable and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I like the vibes and all the staff so far has been friendly and helpful. They also seem to work pretty fast and efficiently. Seriously can not express how much I enjoy this place....
