We arrived at the drive thru about 6pm. Nobody greeted us. So we started talking loudly and still nobody took our order. Then a 2nd car pulled up behind us. Then a 3rd. So I tried calling the store 3 times and either they hung up or the call dropped. The 3rd car eventually drove to the door so we decided to drive to the window. We saw a guy just stand there staring at us as we slowly drove around. The car behind us did the same. The man that walked to the window didn’t appear to have any luck neither bc he went back to his car empty handed.

They do not want customers inside the store. We ordered online and there really isn’t any clear signage to show where to pick-up the order. Very irritated by the app begging for a tip. It’s fast food. There is no dining room, they have minimized customer interaction and still have nerve to ask for a tip. The flat breads that we ordered were delicious. They get my recommendation!

It's the slowest and worst store ever. Whoever is working on this day needs to be fired. Nobody in line still waited at least 5 minutes before ordering. Then they still make it wrong with the sticker on it. They did not answer their phone. They hung up on me 5x in a row without answering. The store will be better off closed with those kinds of employees

Awhile back I thought I left a review, but I can't find it for some reason. I had to kick a bunch of glass away from my car tires first and then after I got my mom with her walker to the door I figured out they don't even let people inside at all! There's not big enough words about drive thru only for people to see until they get right in front of the place. Who would think you can't eat inside this restaurant. It was hot and I was mad I had to leave to go find another restaurant with a bathroom available. It was hard to go the direction I wanted to because all the traffic on Penn so I had to just go the direction I could go. The bad news for me is that this is the 3rd closest location to the house and the other two always have slow service (not to mention other problems with one of them) but a lot closer than...

Good is sometimes good. But today was a little too crappy for me. There was no one at the restaurant and it still took 10 minutes to get a pick 2 out. Half the ingredients were missing off the sandwich and the salad was a quarter of the way with lettuce with a bunch of squished toppings thrown on the top and all shaken together. I couldn't make any comments to the manager as he was too busy and window girl wasn't helpful. Tried to call the phone number on the receipt and was met with a disconnected number message and couldn't find any way to contact corporate. It's so unfortunate because this place is really close to my work but I don't think I'll be returning for such bad service and poor...
