I do postmates, so I was terribly upset after waiting 19 minutes and 30 seconds for an order that wasn't even mine. Then I could taste the onions on the burger that I was NOT eating... it was in the bag in the back seat to be delivered. "Overloaded with onions & sloppy" is what the customer said. I brought the food back, complained AGAIN, but get this... they give ME attitude and say that it's common to have a 15+ minute wait! It wasn't even busy! There were literally 2 other people in the restaurant when I returned and I still refused to have this food remade. I'd be a fool to let them waste my time again so I ask for a refund. Crystal gives me all kind of excuses as to why the service is so slow, main reason being everything is cooked to order. (Still no excuse for the poor service) As I continue to go back & forth with the lady, she gives me my money back and I ask for the receipt. She says she can't give it back so I told her to give me a reprint. She refuses and I tell her that I'm not leaving without it. She then threatens to call the police... pulled her cell phone out like she was going to actually call the police over a sheet of paper. I tell her go ahead and call because I'm going to be right here until she gives me my receipt. The GM finally comes over & figures out how to print the ticket, but first he gives me the same excuses for the poor service. He & Crystal have the same attitude so it's no surprise how this business is being run. I ask what's the number to file a complaint and he tells me the number is on the receipt but I'll be speaking to him anyway. It's obvious that he (the GM who's name starts with an F, can't remember his name off top) is used to these complaints so he'll let it slide. This is unacceptable. I have filed a complaint on the corporate website. I will be reaching out until this problem is corrected. Read moreMy sister went to Whataburger to order food for o u r family it was a large order and when she got home she realized we didn't have half of the things that we ordered so she called and the lady that answered said the manager was busy and didn't have time to talk to us and to call back in 15 minutes I don't believe that to be professional so we went back to the store in all the snow and ice when we got there the manager Omar said he was unable to help us because it was a mobile order and we needed to find the phone number to call customer service I told him that I will not be doing research for his company for an issue that he messed up so he went to his office and didn't come back out thankfully another manager walked in and she was very helpful about the situation her name is mrs. K the only other person there that was helpful was Lee and he is just a regular employee but he was willing to go above and beyond and find us the help we needed he also remade our order fresh and was very apologetic about the situation in my opinion I think he should be a manager not Omar if it wasn't for mrs. K and Lee we would still be there trying to get our order refunded it was very frustrating in the end we were able to come to an amicable resolution but if it was up to Omar we would have been stuck in the water the only reason I gave two stores was because of mrs.
