1.The blonde female associate i dont remember her name because its irrelevant at this point. I believe it was meg or megan she doesn't take her job seriously and is always exhausted complaining about how tired she is and how bad her sleep schedule is. Very long wait times I would be standing in the store for 20-30 mins meanwhile the associates would be gossiping. Flirting amongst themselves or literally studying for a exam at the counter with a book in hand. flirting with random mechanics about getting their car looked at because its making noises. Talks about receiving a "Full sentectic oil change" after hours...just customers that comes in the store meanwhile i can't get my food. This megan girl uses deception and bait and switch tactics to get a ego boost from the people who lives she can ruin. Then if you ever foolishly do entertain their attention seeking behavior and offer a kind gesture you're met with a literal "cold shoulder" them turning their back, walking away and laughing in that order. More importantly other individuals aren't treated in the same fashion. Theyre quit open and receptive with other people, coworkers and even old mechanics offering oil changes just not others. They constantly gossip in this location and this store is a walking conflict of interest where people in management are buddy buddy with their subordinates. They hire rude chicks with big egos who never got told no in their lives and are surrounded by "beta mmales"guys who constantly glorify their worth. This rude chick i would assume had daddy issues and uses her "job" as a way to "gain the power back as a puppet master juggling multiple guys something alot of only fans, strippers and other people into that field do. Individuals who have traumatized childhoods. Just a observation P.S. Daysha needs to stop trying to charge people for water cups as a tactic and way to remove people they don't like for coming...

I was sitting in this scooters, drinking my coffee, when a nice gentleman came in with his dog on a leash. He had his laptop with him and I figured he was there to work, drink a coffee, and get out of the heat with his dog. The girl, who was hand delivering my coffee, abruptly told him “uh, we can’t have dogs in here.” He proceeded to leave. I got to thinking about this and the laws about not denying customers with service animals. I gooogled Scooters coffee and all I see is how Scooters is pet friendly and even gives pets “pup cups”. I went and asked for the manager, which the girl said “uh, we currently don’t have a manager”. So I informed her of the above info.
