i get to the drive thru window and i acknowledge the greeting and spend about 10 seconds looking at the menu and the cashier says “im sorry i cant hear you due to the traffic noise.” i wasnt even saying anything just looking at the menu so i told her im looking at the menu. then i order something and i hear the same complaint from this person so i ask if i should order at the window. this person says no they prefer that customers order at the drive thru menu. i order and get to window and i get my frappucino from this person without her even looking where she is handing the frappucino. then when i ask for receipt this person once again talks back saying she thought i said i didnt want a receipt. she never asked if i want a receipt to begin with. the reason i ask for receipts is to validate the transaction is correct especially when the person working at the drive thru seems incompetent. i call the manager and his tone is as if an actor is trying to conceal his annoyance but trying to sound like he cares. if you want to see how obnoxious the workers are here go ahead and pay these guys a visit. i for one will not go here anymore after i redeem the managers offer to provide me...

This location is right down the street from my home and I go there often, however, I doubt I will return there for some time due to her rude behavior. She didn't smile, she pursed her lips. She didn't say thank you. She answers the to go window with what can I get you instead of a greeting. The customer service at this location has decreased in 2 weeks I've been living in my new house down the street from this location. I've gone here for many months before I moved as it's also close to work. I've been chastised at this location specifically a couple of times for ordering pickup at the counter then going thru the drive thru. I do that because if the drive thru is busy, I'll walk in. I've never been scorned for ordering one pickup and doing the other except here. Read more1st of all let me start by saying I hate the new paper straws they have. I get Frappuccino and before I'm half way done the straw is mushy.
2nd The last 2 times I've been at this store my drinks have been watered down and its awful. I go to Starbucks at least 4xs a week. I don't mind paying the money, but I do mind if its disgusting. I will not be back to this location.
The Starbucks by my house off NW 36th and May is always delicious but lately you have no Ideal when its going to be open.1 day it will be open normal hours then the next day there will be a sign saying sorry closed at noon be back open at 530 am. Next day it will be different. The hours are not Consistent !! Getting frustrated and about to say the heck with it all...
