When we pulled up the original order taker was very polite. He had a bit of trouble taking our order, so a lady who I assume is the manager took over. She repeated our order incorrectly, and upon correction of the order she rudely informed us that that is what she had said, even though it was not. When we pulled up to the window the boy who took our form of payment was very polite. Upon being handed the food we opened the bag to check the order, because the receipt did not reflect what we had ordered. During the middle of this, almost immediately after receiving the food, a male came to the window and asked us to pull off because we were running their timer up. We informed him and he became very rude, closed the window for around three seconds, and then opened the window again and asked us to pull off again for the timer. We informed him we were still checking our food, and then found out our food was not correct. Upon this finding we told him that it was missing something that we ordered just to have him tell us that it was on there, even though it was not. He was extremely rude in his tone and attitude. He was also not wearing a mask which made us extremely uncomfortable. Normally I wouldn’t make a big deal about something like this, but the way that we were treated was completely unacceptable. I expect a decent level of customer service. My fiancé, who is pregnant at the moment, just wanted to get a simple order because it was what she was craving. I do not appreciate that one of your employees decided not to put their mask on and put her at risk. I expected a remedy to this problem, unfortunately it seems that management does not care upon being notified. Will never return to this location, and strongly urge you not to waste your time and money...
Read moreSadly, this taco Bell is not good. I waited in the drive thru for over five minutes just to order and even though I said "Hello?" Multiple times, no one answered to take my order. So I thought well, maybe the speaker was broken, so I drove forward to order. I waited in that line about 5-7 minutes, with 2 cars in front of me. When j got to the window, they wouldn't let me order there because someone had pulled up behind me and they had that order pulled up already. I was REALLY craving a bean burrito, and I had forgotten my regular glasses and didn't want to be that person inside wearing sunglasses. So I pulled back around through the drive-thru and finally ordered. At that point there were about 4 cars in front of me. I was able to order quickly but waited in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes, and it didn't look like the cars in front of ordered enough to feed 85 people or anything... Just regular-sized orders. Once I finally pulled up to the window (for the second time), it took another several minutes to pay and another several minutes after that to receive my food. This trip for a little burrito took me over 30 minutes. Super disappointed about this. The burrito was good but EXTRA onion-y. That didn't bother me because I like onions, but it was very, very much like a bean and onion burrito rather than a bean burrito with onions on it. The man at the window was kind of friendly, but (although I was nice and courteous) no one seemed to care that I was at all inconvenienced, and no one seemed in a hurry to correct the situation. Read moreWas quite possibly the most poorly managed Taco Bell in the entire nation up until a remodel and complete restaffing. Was understaffed and always took an exceptionally long time to get service in the drive thru. Closed when they should be open and food always came out wrong or shorted on basic ingredients such as cheese and sour cream. There was a need to sack the entire team/ownership of this location or shut the location down entirely, but corporate responded. Was offered a gift card in the mail but never received.

Service is still terrible a whole year later. Had a mobile order in my wifes name because we had been long time regulars and live close by.... Order was placed at 12:30am and didnt leave parking lot until almost 1:15am. They are beyond incompete at this location as per usual. Line wasnt particularly busy at all yet staff could not find our in app order and when they finally did they said to pull around up front so they could deal with another large food order and would get ours made. Waited about 20-25min out directly by front door with my lights on so they could see me and after no one came out I had to go thru drive thru again to find out what was up with order. They said they didnt know I was parked out front or had driven off. Order was waiting on me whole time supposedly. Food was near cold by this time, was, under cooked, and was missing items due to guess what... lack of ingredients. Do your self a favor and JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will have better luck with the N May and 23rd...
