We placed an order for two drinks on the app on our drive over there. We arrived about three minutes after we place our order. We got in the drive-through line, told them we have a mobile order, and they responded with quite a bit of attitude. “We just got your order, and you guys should normally wait about five minutes before you show up, instead of pulling right up, so you’re gonna have to wait while we make that”. I understand time delays, I work in customer service, and I am fine waiting for my drink to be made, but there could’ve been a much better way to say that. There should be no time difference between ordering at the drive-through kiosk, or telling them I have a mobile order, it takes the exact same amount of time to prepare either way. And there were cars in front of us, so we were prepared to wait anyways. But the attitude was completely disrespectful. When we got to the window, Baylee, the employee who I believe, spoke to us on the order kiosk as well, told us we owe a balance, and we again had to reiterate that we had a mobile order. It took them another five minutes to make the order once we got to the window, just for two drinks, non-customized. And then they handed us the wrong drinks. So we had to pull over, park, go to the walk up window, and get the correct drink again. The barista (short platinum hair, multiple facial piercings, Caucasian) was rude and got super heated at me for not ordering at a box that’s literally hidden behind their tree. Also, I ordered during sunset so it was even harder to see it. I already told her that I usually order at the box and that I simply didn’t see it (knowing it was my first time here). I understand there are rules, but she honestly didn’t need to be a drama queen about it. At that point she was arguing and then rolled her eyes when I just asked for my drink. After she handed my drink she literally threw trash on my car and a straw on my face. I asked for a manager, even she ain’t doing nothing about it. No apology, not asking if I’m okay, letting her employees literally ASSAULT me that I had to call the cops. After an officer showed up, THEN they finally apologized. 🙄 Y’all for real needa do better on the training, especially with crazy employees who lack self control and are only there for the paycheck. 👎🏽 (attached is the photo of where I got hit btw)

Read moreI am very disappointed. I go almost every morning before I get to work. I went yesterday an for some odd reason one of my card declined so I paid with another card. Well this morning checking my account I got charge twice one in each card. So I called spoke to a Matt told me come by and we will help you and told him I am on my way. When I get to the window "Wren" the server I asked if Matt was in I had just called and talked to him and very rudely said NO he just left, she/he stated that people scam all the time and made me feel bad like if I was the one stealing when clearly I was showing the bank statements on the both TRANSACTION that I got charge both times. She might say oh is just $12.11 but those $12.11 is 3 tanks of gas for my vehicle or 3 gallons of milk for my kids. I work too hard to just giving money away. I work hard to TRY to get Starbucks in the morning. I don't think I'll be stoping by at this Starbucks anytime soon. Thank your rude...
