The cashier forgot to register parts of my order this was observed when we went inside to pay after a 10min wait for the wings, she even repeated the order back to me at the intercom and at the window, she even remembered me and what I wanted, but she just didn't enter the items in the register, I thought I paid for items I had ordered, but then 1 cheesy italian bread, 1 order BBQ wings, and 3 20oz sodas were not added for the crew member was telling me I didn't order sodas (My son went to grab sodas), and I also saw an order of cheesy bread and wings were not there either, I said to the crew member that I should not have to pay extra clearly it was the drive thru cashier's mistake (remember she verified what I ordered, and she remembered me) I already paid as well, the CM basically said there wasn't anything he could do, I asked for a manager and the drive thru CM took full accountability and I already paid the total she gave me for everything I initially ordered, well the manager said she didn't have any way to change it, that she can't do anything, I was then like well can you give me a discount or manager discount/override the missing food items that I was required to pay..free sodas??...something???...by that time the manager had left the front (it was busy), I was already frustrated and just flat out disappointed because this whole situation was NOT my doing! CORPORATE IF YOU'RE READING THIS OR THE MANAGER OVER THIS PARTICULAR STORE I HOPE YOU WILL READ THIS AND REMEDY MY HAVING TO PAY EXTRA FOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT RUNG UP, BUT VERIFIED BY THE DRIVE THRU CASHIER. In spite of everything going wrong Thankfully the food was...
Read moreWorst experience ever from a little Caesars. this is my normal store and, this was the worst experience I've ever had with them. I go through the drive thru like always and, the lady asks me what my order is. I tell her I want a pep and a 2 liter. she says, a pep that'll be $xx I repeat my self she says yeah I got the pizza and, I say a third time with a 2 liter she says ok pull around. so I wait she gets to me finally and, asks what my order was I tell her the same thing. a pep and a 2 liter she immediately responds a pep and what? A 2 liter of root beer. .. she says ok a what?? at this point I Lose it and, as loud and slowly as I can respectfully say a 2 liter of root beer at this point I still don't know if she gets it. after all this she then tells me well if you want your pizza you have to wait 6 min. so I agree with her and park where instructed. I move to the front of the store after watching 4 people pull in beside me and someone brings them out a pizza moments after pulling and I've been sitting for 15 min. after 25 min I give up go inside and ask for my food and the lady just looks at me and says what was you order? I grab a 2 liter out of the fridge and say this and a pep the guy at the counter opens the heater and amazingly enough there are 3 pep pizzas in the warmer. this is completely unacceptable to make someone wait so long with not even a tinge of remorse or even fake remorse. I am probably never going back to this one, I'll drive out of my way to 22nd and Rockwell from now on at least they have a sense of compassion and pride...
Read moreDoesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. I work in a high volume, high stress environment but even then we maintain high customer service skills. I understand a Friday night a Little Caesar’s can be busy, but there is NO excuse for the behavior of the staff. I understand not greeting someone when they walk in if it’s super busy “whatever” I can get over that. But, when you make eye contact with the customer, see them standing IN FRONT OF YOU at the counter & don’t acknowledge them for 2 minutes, why are you still employed? This is beyond rude is mistreatment of customers. Another issue, I love the Italian Cheese Bread & have gotten it many many times. When I ordered it a tonight, I opened the box and there was a thick gooey layer of sauce. The bread was literally swimming in it. Even my husband was grossed out and wasn’t going to eat it. When I went back in to show the employees, hoping hey would try to resolve the issue she argued with me saying “it’s always like this”...um no, it’s not I do t even know what that was it looked oversauced! Even the woman next to me made a comment backing me up as if it’s a shame that no one cares to do anything! She didn’t care at all! I was expecting her to say, “I’m sorry let me fix that” or offer to make a fresh one, give me my money back, but I didn’t even get an apology. All I got was attitude. Several people were unhappy while waiting for their food. There is no care, appreciation, or respect for customers at...
