Wingstop — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My husband and I ordered door dash from this Wingstop for the first time tonight and will never do so again. The wait time according to the app stated that it would arrive within 45-50 minutes, which was long, but we wanted the wings so we ordered. About 30 minutes later our dasher texted me and told me he was there, and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes before our food was going to be ready to go out the door. When it finally arrived, it came without the drinks we ordered. The delivery guy said that he was never given our drinks, so we called Wingstop to try to rectify the situation. When my husband spoke with the person that answered he was told that we would have to go down to Wingstop to show our receipt in order to get our drinks. He told her no we ordered our food for delivery for a reason because we did not want to have to leave our home to pick it up. He then asked to speak with the manager. The manager's name is Andre and when he came on to the phone we explain the situation and he was nothing but rude and did not offer any kind of a reprieve for their mistake. At this point we decided to go down to the store itself to just get our money back. When we came into the Wingstop we spoke directly to Andre who is completely rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. Hardest working woman I have seen since Covid!!! I never been here before so I decided to give it a try, I was welcomed by a young girl names Tearra. I was only going to order the 10 piece combo, but was upsold on many more pieces to try all the flavors they offered. The wait wasn’t bad and the cashier had done such a great job I did the survey for her. I wish I had taken a picture of all the food I ordered but you’ll see the after math and I got the receipt to prove it. While I was there I really couldn’t believe how many orders they were getting. It was insane in an hour I was there they easily had done over 800 wings. And they just kept pushing through order after order, nothing bad to say about this place only that is full of some hard workers. And for everyone that’s impatient I bet half of this people complaining because I did read the reviews before I wrote mine. Worse place for doordash orders and that goes for all wingstop locations not just this one. I was standing in the lobby and no one even acknowledge that I was there and then the one person that was a male who said we'll be with you in a moment when he could have told me right then and there and waited to some other guy came out through the back taking his sweet time then asked me what I needed and the guy that told me he would be there in a moment to help was too focused on getting his own order ready and to clock out tell me 5 minutes and it took away more than 5 minutes it's always all the Wing Stops that I go to it's rare when I get there and there's a order ready you guys just need to give doordash up and just keep doing walk-ins and Pickups orders quit do it online orders if you guys can't keep that's the thing with doordash you are on a time limit and the longer it takes for the customer's order to be ready it'll affect our ratings and if it affects my ratings I will affect...
