Maaaaaan let me tell y'all!! The ONLY reason I put A star is ONLY because of my own mistake in not checking our order BEFORE I LEFT THE PROPERTY. My family and I came through late for dinner..about 9 ish. I told whomever answered the speaker that I had a big order, and that I was sorry in advance.....you could tell in their tone of voice they didn't like having to work. Now, the order might have been large, but it was NOT complicated. Some chicken, some egg rolls, and a burger made into combos. Once I completed my order...we had to go back over the order 4 times!! So, I took a deep breath and proceeded to the window. I sat there 15 minutes-ish before I was NOT GREETED....paid for my order via cash approx. $63.20...I looked at the receipt...the only thing wrong at the time was the burger combo wasn't modified so I told the clerk about the error, and I had to repeat myself 3 times....I'm definitely loud enough due to my husband....I watch her tell another clerk to modify the combo....we received our food....NOW THIS IS WHERE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT CHECKING THE ORDER BEFORE I LEFT 😭....get home....over half of the eggrolls are burned black....our popcorn chicken is nothing but bits of fried breading..fries are so hard you could build a house with them....and the burger combo was NOT MODIFIED!! I was so upset last night that I knew if I went back it would not have ended good or nor would the phone call, which I did try to do multiple times, but they didn't answer shockingly so I took that as a sign to wait before I reviewed this location #6143🙄. Read moreAll American rib eye looked nothing like its menu photo. If it had any taste at all, it tasted old. First burger was cool to the touch. Do they make it when you order it or do they assemble it when you order it? I would be absolutely shocked if that patty had been freshly cooked. Instead it tasted like it had sat for some time in water and had been microwaved - dry, tasteless, and a waste of $5.29. One of the worst burgers I have endured since my school cafeteria days. The toppings, sparse sauce, and cheese did not work well together at all. To the credit of the young man working at the counter and the manager, they did try to rectify the situation by making a new hamburger for me. I was disappointed that the manager has asked me to keep the fries that have been initially served with the burger. Clearly if you're going to make a burger after it's ordered, the fries will not be hot when the burger arrives. Furthermore, the original fries had been hot but wilting. Unfortunately, although the burger was served at a better temperature, it's taste did not improve. The second round of fries was much better, but it was a cluster of broken fries less than an inch long that made it difficult to dip.
Sadly, one of the main reasons I like to go to Jack In The Box is it's freestyle drink dispenser, which was out of virtually every flavored drink and several sodas.

Read moreI pulled up to the speaker around 11:15pm on a Saturday night to be told "We're only taking mobile orders." So I say "okay, cool. Can I ask why?" The young man says louder and angrily "WE'RE ONLY TAKING MOBILE ORDERS." "Just wondering why only mobile orders is all." He literally says "I can't have you in my drive through taking up my time."
I just wanted to know if it'd make their lives easier if I only ordered via the mobile app in the future. Instead, I was treated as an inconvenience. This happens almost every time I visit this location, along with being out of a lot of items on the menu. I've also been told "mobile orders only" in the past without questioning and ended up eating elsewhere. I'm not sure if that's legitimate or an excuse as he was just standing around when I drove past the window. No bags, no food prep, nothing. I contacted them via the website. We'll see if they do anything about it. Either way, I'm not sure I'll visit this location or any other Jack in...
