Panda Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I went in there to order food and since I saw that they were hiring or had advertisement for open positions on their window I decided to scan the QR code and try to put in an application while I was ordering food I even went as far as asking for the manager and instead of sending me the manager they sent me a little 16 year old kid that said that they were not hiring do not lie to me I am literally looking online as you're telling me there's no open positions and there are quite literally open positions, all because y'all wanna hire your whole family at this location... Half of them couldn't understand me and yes I am bilingual but I shouldn't have to be bilingual while ordering food... And yes I know it's a Asian restaurant but that's not the staff that was working... And at that I never got to speak to the actual manager because of that one little 16 year old kid... And I was in there with my roommate who ordered teriyaki chicken, the chicken was fresh but took too long to come out and also there were people that were behind us in line that got served before us when the teriyaki chicken was finally ready they have no sense of urgency they have no sense of customer service and when someone asks for chopsticks you put chopsticks in their bag not a fork... Just saying the only thing that's right in my order was the actual food not the utensils and half of the order took too long to get in my hands... First come,first served... No excuses and make your employment website...

I went inside to get my take out order had to stand in line approximately. 35 minutes. Line wasn't moving at all so, when I finally got to order I ordered bowl orange chicken/noodles. Then I proceeded to pay I had him a $5.00 gift card he tried and tried to get it to work. Will he handed the card to a Co worker she tried and tried then she said I need to buy 2 bowls, egg, drink $15.00 then I can use the card. Will that didn't work either then she said you need to pay $15.00 I said I have a $5.00 gift card she said you can use it until next visit I said why? She said pay this order full price $15.00 and use your card next time! I said just keep your $5.00 gift card and your food no one inthat store McArthur & I-40 OKC knew how how to use a gift card. That was a waste of my time to stand in li e and not get anything for my time the crew working tonight are all unprofessional no knowledge of how to use the cash register or coupons or gift cards. I will not be going g back to that location at the evening hours if I do it'll be the day shift not the night shift. I had another incident at panda express at I-240 ,OKC there I ordered a plate and it was orange chicken/ mushrooms will I counted 5 tiny pieces of mushrooms & chicken that was a waste of $ going there it was afternoon crew they didn't know what they were doing also. Good food orderd ahead and they still had it wrong had about 1hr 2hrs to have done picked up after work! Since it won't add another review it's 9/9/2920-they need to have somebody at the window that knows how to make change I told them $9.12 on the card because that's what was on the card and gave them $4 bills no coins and they punched in $3.59 and took $0.41 and pocketed it when I went and told them I gave you $4 they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about there's no excuse for this then when I try to go and call them I had to call them three different times finally get through and then they pick up the phone and then they leave it on the counter so I can hear the whole conversations and stuff that they got going on not saying hello Panda Express or anything completely rude behavior all around and I'm sorry but if that was the manager that was at the window that was taking the money then they need to go and fire them because they've been short-changing people the order was $12 and like $0.71 I'm just irritated at this point this is more than once that they've done something that's just like irritating if they don't know how to count change then they put need to go and put somebody there that does we all learn this in...
