I wish i could give this place NEGATIVE stars! What i thought was going to be a fun little trip for ice cream with my family ended up turning into regret! Lauren (i believe that was her name) helped my husband. We saw a chocolate dipped waffle bowl and wanted to try it. She didnt make things difficult what so ever. And was really sweet about everything. Then Liz came to help me and my cousin. We didn't realize we could order something custom. So my cousin asked for one that was on the wall,minus a few things, Liz said, "All you had to say is you want Strawberry with sprinkles". Sorry Liz. We didnt know that!! When she came back to help me, I didnt see the difference in sizes of bowls so had no idea i was SUPPOSED to ask for a certain amount of scoops of ice cream. When i told her i wanted the bowl she asked in a VERY rude way, "What size?" I told her, i didnt realize the bowls were different sizes so just as big as it comes with the bowl. She said again with an attitude "Well there are". Im not sure which one i got, but it had pecans. I asked if i could sub the pecans for almonds. She said "well we would have to charge you and she already rang everything up so its to late". I had no problem with being charged. But i didnt understand why she couldn't ring up the almonds as a 2nd charge? Lauren, who had "already rang everything up", told my husband it would be ok to ring up a 2nd charge and apologized. Liz came over to her and stood there telling her to "make sure they get charged for the almonds" and WAITED for us to sign the receipt while there were 7 other people standing in line waiting to order ice cream!! I did call her a "rude ass" and explained it was our 1st time there so instead of making it a pleasant experience, SHE ruined it for making it seem like WE did something wrong because we weren't familiar with the ordering process. Instead of apologizing she wanted to explain WHY she was blaming us and kept explaining the rules and how they work. Ive truly never felt more embarrassed for an establishment to have such a horrible worker. I really hope no one else has to have the "LIZ EXPERIENCE" when visiting Cold Stone. My daughter placed an online order for a cake and two pints of of ice cream. The order was placed three days in advance for a noon pickup on a Wednesday. When I arrived at the store just after 12:00 I was told the cake and ice cream was not ready and it would be done in a few minutes. So I sat down and waited. A little over half an hour later some people came in wanting to order ice cream and when the girl came out to help them I ask how longer and she told me it was almost finished and got ready to help the other people who had just walked in at which point I told her she needed to finish my order (which had already been paid for) before helping other customers… at that point she rolled her eyes at me and went back in the back to work on finishing my order. After about another 15-20 minutes she finally finished our order (which she gave me in a closed box without showing me). I asked her why our order wasn’t ready when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time and I had to wait almost an hour (making me late). She told me It was because they had a large amount of cake orders for pick up at the same time…. I’m fairly sure that was a lie since it was noon on Wednesday (noon is when they open)… not exactly a busy party time, not to mention not one single other person came in during that hour to pick up a cake. Then when I went out I checked the cake to find the worst decorated cake I have ever seen and the ice cream of the cake melting (probably because it had been sitting out for so long). This girl quite clearly had virtually no experience at cake making and decorating and should not have been left there alone to do the work. There should have been a manager or Franchise owner there helping to get the cake...

Never do I write google reviews, but this one was very worthy. Not even worth 1 star. Bathrooms smelled of vomit. Women’s bathroom lock was broke with paper towel dispenser sitting on the floor. Done ice cream was twice as high as the cup it was sitting in. Awesome. Thanks. But can I have a bigger container now. Nope. They said they can’t. Then got mine which was now not even filling up the cup at all. It was about the size of one scoop of Braums ice cream after they mixed 4 other ingredients in it. Then they sat it right in a medium cup. It made you feel sorry for it because it was so puny in such a big cup. Then my husband ordered a waffle cone. This was so hard not to laugh at even though I was so mad. It definitely broke the fury just seeing it. This enormous waffle cone like 8 inches wide at the top and you pretty much had to look down the hole of it to find the ice cream. They just handed it right over the counter to him just like that at the same time they were asking for me for $34. We both asked why they weren’t like the pictures all over the place or for that matter, just even the same as the first one they made. They said they can’t be exact. So Nah.
