Smoothie King — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My wife went thru the drive thru to pick up our online order. The trainee asked if she was a door dash driver. Then said the person behind you said they are picking up for James too. So my wife had to ask the question if there could be more than one James even though gave last name. Smoothies didn't taste the way they should. The workers were completely incompetent had my wife drive forward and reverse back to drive thru while they tried to figure out what James to give order to even though she kept saying first and last name on order. Shift lead came out extremely rude shaking her head and with an attitude to hand off smoothies that were disgusting. She was complaining of the trainees. My wife would have went inside to get drinks however she had our infant sun in the car and in 100 degree weather she figured drive thru wasn't busy she could just get drinks quicker that way plus it's never been an issue in the past. When we tried our drinks at home they were disgusting. Called and spoke to shift lead about it, and she told us to call back after she called general manager. When we called back she tried saying it was wife's fault for not coming inside and refused to compensate us for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

Update* no refund ever offered even from HQ. Only offered to remake our smoothies. Why not cut your losses and honor refund request like the most successful companies do? I'll tell you why, because this is a spiteful company that does not value their most loyal customers. Thank GOD there's more than one smoothie...

UPDATE: I am going to keep my original review on here, so you all can see what difference a year makes... I'm never going to this location again. I guess I should be happy that I'll save the close to a hundred dollars I spent here almost weekly. I went a few weeks ago and my smoothie (Peanut Power Plus Chocolate) wasn't good. There was a new person there so I chalked it up to that and kept it moving. Yesterday- they gave me a water smoothie. I immediately took it inside to have them make it over (it had no flavor and was runny). After the second smoothie- which was also disgusting- I asked for my money back. The guy has the nerve to have a little attitude with me about it. I asked where the original team is because I don't have this issue with them & was told they don't work there anymore. Well, get ready to lose money cause if any of the regulars order what i order- i guarantee you, they won't be returning. I asked for confirmation of my return and Torey said there was none and it would take 7-10 business days. I got on here to update my review and saw that a recent customer said they didn't receive their money back on an online transaction. I will 100% dispute it with my bank if you all do not process the refund for your nasty smoothie that i never took with me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. W Memorial and S Broadway have not done me wrong yet, but rest assured I'll update if they do.

I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews. I've been coming here every day, unless they're closed or I'm traveling, for a YEAR now and always have a good experience.

I get the vegan mixed berry and they always get it right. The customer service is excellent as well. I've even spilled my smoothie in my car and they made me a new smoothie and gave me paper towels to clean it up! The girls are always friendly with good energy.

I come in the morning and I love the morning crew! They greet me by my name and always have a smile on their face and good energy! I feel like they go above and beyond what good customer service should be.

Btw, one of those negative reviews was from an angry door dasher. It is not these ladies fault that the customer canceled her order!!! Please give them a chance, they will not disappoint! And if you don't like your smoothie for any reason, they will remake it for you!!!
