Wingstop — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Worse dining experience ever, I will never eat here again, this was the first time stopping here, I was visiting the city for the afternoon and decided to stop here and we placed our order, which I had to run by the person taking the order 4 times to get it correct,they then tried running my car and "apparently" there was something wrong with the machine they could not figure out after trying it 5 times they asked if I could pay in cash, which I did, then after waiting approx 20 mins for my food, I started to eat and my fries were extremely soggy and so intensely salty I could not even eat them, my husband order a side of cole slaw and in which I went to the counter to look for a fork, could not find any, I asked someone at the counter for a fork and they searched for a few minutes looking for a fork, then said they had to go look in the back, I went and sat back down, after waiting 10 minutes i went back to the counter to check the status of the fork situation, in which the kid at the counter said were out of forks, I asked how they can sell something on the menu that needs a fork or spoon and not have any in the entire store, I asked the person how I am supposed to eat what I ordered w/ out something to eat it with, in which he responded "I don't know, I haven't been to work in a couple days" now if they would have told me before I order there was no fork, I would not have ordered coleslaw, the pop machine was out of ice in which i had to wait another several minutes for them to fill and there was no napkins in the entire place as we are eating saucy wings, my husband was mostly satisfied with his order of 1/2 original hot and 1/2 teriyaki wing, I ordered the mild and they did not taste very freshly made and were luke warm, this is the first time I have ever wrote to a food place about my experience, but this was so incredibly bad that I ended up asking for to go boxes and left, the food still remains in my fridge as I never ended up eating it due to the fact i was so upset that I wasted $40 for on food at this place in which I could have went to any fast food place nearby and got the same quality food and service (maybe better) for 1/2 the cost of what I paid, while I was there I asked if there was a corporate number or franchise/management number I could contact, one person asked another person who asked another person in which all 3 of them could not come up...

I had ordered pretty much a vegetarian stuff tried the new Cajun corn but the first thing that I ordered was the fresh cut fries with extra seasoning on them and just in case if they didn't put enough on I had asked for extra fries seasoning (the fries were burnt ) anyways the Cajun corn was the last thing I ordered and the veggie sticks was the second thing I ordered but for whatever reason they gave Cajun seasoning they also forgot the ranch well with me already being home I'm not trying to get back out into the weather so now they go on a list of places not to go. This is after we took them back off the list they first went on when we had to deal with the boss calling us liars because they had their chicken still cold down where the bone was and she practically tossed it back at me and said we weren't going to do a refund or anything that was pre-covid now several years later it hasn't gotten any better you have the counter person not sanitizing the counters and the doors and stuff that people would normally touch not to mention that they were on their cell phone repeatedly on the front counter the lady was nice she seemed like she appeared to get our order correctly I know that sometimes you can't help with the cooks do but I still feel like they could step it back up to the way it was when they first start bringing...
