Tweeter's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Okoboji

Can we make this a zero? Geez... If you only have one waiter for the entire restaurant, then close off some tables. Waiting for 15 min to be asked our drink order then running off before we order an appetizer seemed rude. Waiting 20 more min for our drinks was redicuslous. Getting a rare steak when I asked for well was disappointing because I knew it would come back burnt if it came back at all. Which everyone else was done with their meal by the time I got my burnt, tasteless meat back. No sauce was given and I dare not ask because I would have waited God only knows how long for that. They should have given me the meal free, but the waiter didn't offer of course. Heck, we didn't even have drinks with our meal because they didn't get refilled till our meal was over. What should have been a 45 min meal was over 2 hours long. Our plans afterwards were no longer an option. We asked to speak to a manager, but apparently there wasn't one because we were offered our waiter to complain to. So, so disappointed with this experience. So many things were wrong and it needs to be addressed. Hope it does, otherwise it's not...

Got seated and waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I had to go up to the bar and let them know I had hungry and thirsty kids and we needed a server. 5 minutes later she finally comes, takes our drink and food order. Another 35 minutes and we get our food (a fried fish sandwich, two broiled chicken sandwiches, and 3 kids meals). The food was decent, kids did not like the smiley fries. Ran out of water mid way thru eating, never got a refill...or even checked on for that matter. Finished eating, basically bussed ournown tanle so they would notice we were done and ready for the check and the kids free sundaes. The HOSTESS noticed we were done, came over to clear the table and i asked about the sundae...so she takes the order them. We wait another 10 minutes for 3 scoops of ice cream, our server still hasnt been seen, and the hostess brings the ice cream out. FINALLY the server brings the check and sets it on top of my cc and WALKED AWAY!!! So i had to go stand at the bar again to finally get our card run. Worst service ive experienced in...

This place for service is absolutely horrible. I went here for a Father’s Day late lunch and my server was very rude it all started with her not even getting a kids drink for my child, she took our order which she forgot to even put in our onion ring order which never came and then when she proceeded to forget not one but both me and my lady’s salad. When I asked about the salad which I thought was suppose to come out before the the rest of the food she proceeded to give me horrible attitude and in a bitchy voice she said “like what” to my question. Another thing I found fishy about this place is they won’t let people review on Facebook and when I wrote something about my experience on a FaceBook post they had on their page it was deleted without even a response from a manager. So by those actions they show they really don’t care about making sure people are happy and want to come back! With this attitude I hope people don’t ever become returning customers and this place goes under so a place that cares about the customer is able to open...
