We went through the drive thru so you’re kinda stuck in it. It’s either order or sit there and wait to go to another location. It would have been nice to try new seasonal items but they were already out of the raccoon cake pops. When it’s something new and seasonal, one would think that someone would order accordingly. Ordered my normal Venti Americano on Mother’s Day. It was so strong I couldn’t drink it. Even added a sweetener. Tried to return the next day with empty cup and they wanted to charge me for another one. Really. Wow. I literally get an americano daily. Wow. What happened to customer service and common sense.
